Love this outlet! It gets hectic during peak hours, but the queue moves well, and the staff are amazingly attentive - they even remember my name on pickup orders which adds a nice personal touch. People complaining about staff enthusiasm need a reality check; it’s a high-volume takeaway joint, and the crew works tirelessly. Management really ought to get them some extra hands on deck to handle the massive volume of customized orders. Kudos to the hardworking team!

I just saw that I may have inadvently deleted my initial post which Stuff'd has responded to. Here go again my initial post: I was waiting for my wife opposite Stuff-ed at Bedok Mall basement and made this interesting observation which I want to share: There was this man in black (Stuff-ed uniform?), standing near the entrance, at the side, 'watching'. I first thought he was the Manager assisting to manage the queue though there was no real queue, or watching his staff, the servers, at work. I saw this lady customer who came and just followed to walk behind the customer in front of her who has paid at the cashier and was moving on to the inner counter to give her order. After she paid and left, that customer behind her stood there and waited to be served. She must be unfamiliar so did not know she has to pay first at the cashier at the outer front. But nobody asked that customer if she needed any help, even that man in black. I could see that that customer was lost. She was looking around, but was ignored, and for quite a while! She also looked at that man, as if to ask what am I supposed to do? why nobody is serving me? But that man simply just stood where he was,, a mere few steps away from her, and just looked on. In fact, he just stared back at her. I saw that he had also kept looking at this customer too before she looked straight at him. Then the customer asked the server who then directed her to go pay at the cashier. The customer then shook her head. After she walked back to pay at the cashier, she looked at that man and shook her head at him. Now, I also saw that man asking some customers when they collected their orders, to complete a survey by scanning a qr code. And I duly noted that he did not ask this 'lost' lady customer to complete the survey. He must have known that she wont give a good review! I wonder if that man is the store manager or a senior staff member of Stuff-ed. If he is, why did he not go up to help the lady who was lost, as one would expect? I wonder even more, if his task was to identify 'suitable' customers to complete favourable surveys for the outlet. If so, what a luxury Stuff-ed has in this more than difficult F&B market. ----- my reply to Stuff'd's reply: I see no need for me to email to you. what more details do you think I have with that 10 or 12 minutes observation, other than what I have already shared? Shouldn't Stuff'd instead clarify or share who that man is and his role in standing there? Please clarify here. Thank you.

Hygiene and changing of gloves could be better. Hot waiting area with staff double checking ordered multiple time leading to big backlog. May need more manpower, staff look overwhelmed, they speak in a stressed tone. Food quality is great and healthy!

Ordered a Daily Bowl for the first time. I usually get a kebab. Was not really sure of what i could choose. So as i went along i selected guacamole then was told i needed to add a dollar. Food is great for the health conscious and staff are nice and friendly. Only wish they could help guide you and say what comes with the daily bowl and what are the ‘add ons’ that cost. I could also be missing out on other dishes that i could get for the price !

We are regulars here! Delicious and fresh. Service is good but wish it could be a bit faster (maybe reduce the number of online orders during peak hours) 😆 Thank you for serving wholesome food in the ‘hood!
