This has got to be the saddest Pizza Hut outlet in Singapore. It was a Friday night yet there was only 1 waiter in the front attending all the guests. The waiter didn’t even smile throughout the entire time I was there. I didn’t even want to approach her to ask for menu recommendations, ice water nor any sauces because she seemed grumpy and I didn’t want to bother her anymore. But I have to admit that the man who served us our pizzas was a delight to talk to! The food was good, nothing too fancy.

I’m contractor Desmond doing quotation for a homeowner to repaint whole house, change light bulbs, plumbing work and aircon placement as previous tenant a group of oversea students have mess up the unit. After quotation, I rush to meet my son at this Pizza Hut for lunch. Actually my age i don’t like pizza anymore, my young age has past :) but i am impress with the pizza with the red, like Hawaiian and with stuff crust (cheese surrounding) suits my taste. Nice! The student meal is cheaper than regular price, i think 3-5pm u check with staff. The drumlet is my all time favorite, slight spicy and it is juicy I personally like this drumlet over Burger King Mexican drumlet. The layout of the store abit old design like mini maze and due to the design it make the shop abit odd to walk for the staff. I hope the next ID can design the layout better and efficient route to walk. This is an updated review. Engku served my takeaway pizza really well. He was friendly, polite and did service with a smile! Your thin crust Hawaiian Pizza tasted really good. Crunchy thin crust served hot and with the right amount of tang from the sauce. Ingredients were not overpowering and everything just tasted great!

The place is located in the basement of the Plaza Singapur Mall. The food tasted really nice, the staff was very friendly and it was a nice experience overall, the service was good although the ambience could be a lot more pleasing. As the name implies Muslims are able to consume food as it is Halal certified. Different food groups including soups meals drinks etc. Worth while looking tasting and enjoying the different tastes of the country. Loved the variety.

I ordered a student meal which includes one pan pizza, a side dish and a drink on the side. The pizza was very well made, and the garlic bread LITERALLY MELT IN MY MOUTH, it was SO delicious, and the lemon tea! It was so nice to see that they gave the sugar syrup separately to add into the lemon tea, and that was the real deal for me. I was initially going to give my drink to my friend but since it didn’t have sugar I had it for myself! :) Definitely a good visit and worth the price!

Ordered one regular pizza with cheese and six pieces of spicy chicken wing, which costed 50 SGD, surprisingly expensive. Worse still, heard about a 50% off discount on take away orders. Not mentioning it anywhere in stores made us feel like we were caught in a scam! Won’t come again (被當盤子啦）

First time to come to pizza hut plaza singapura and was welcomed by Jess. She was very polite and made sure that we were well served. Food was great and we had nice and peaceful early dinner :)

We enjoy the impeccable customer service from May!! She absolutely wonderful and catered to our every request. Even suggesting better food options to make our dining experience exceptional. I have never been to a pizza hut in 15 years but I would certainly be coming back just for May :) This humble pizza hut service had trumped every 5 course gourmet restaurants that I've been to! Please ask for May when you dine here.

One of the few remaining dine-in Pizza Hut restaurants in town. Ordered by scanning the QR code and entering the 4-digit code. Limited seating as they had closed off one section. Inadequate staff? Food arrived piping hot and was delicious.

Fantastic service by May and Tim. Food came out quick, fast and hot. They were very accommodating. Haven’t eaten in a Pizza Hut for a while now but this experience was definitely worthwhile. Really 10/10 service, food and atmosphere.

The food is good! Having CNY edition of har jeung chicken pizza and classic Hawaiian pizza. We also like their mushroom soup! The staff, Miss May is very helpful, hardworking and friendly, we enjoyed her service very much. Will come back again.

Excellent service by Tim. He was ver friendly and helpful, making my family dining experience an enjoyable one. The outlet also especially prepare a gift of chocolate and flowers for guests. Heard it was specially prepared by the restaurant manager. Appreciate the Excellent service from Tim and the nice gesture from the restaurant manager Maryann!

Food is good and dining experience is great. The pizza is not overbaked. Special shout-out to Tim and May for their excellent customer service. Both of them are friendly and able to provide recommendations on what to have for dinner and the current promotions pizza hut is offering. Keep it up👍
