Servers are friendly and helpful. During our visit here on Friday night, we face some issues ordering and the lady server assisted us to submit our order successfully. It is nice to dine in somewhere that is not too crowded. In addition, the food is served within reasonable timeframe. The manager, Vikram is very friendly and the kids enjoy their time here thanks to them! Will come back again!

Nice place and pizza tastes as usual. But service staffs attitude bad and I even spotted serve cutlery with bits of chilli flakes and stains stuck on them 🤮 Ordered flow flow drinks stated in menu and staffs all not aware of that when I asked for top up of drink. 😒👎 No wonder only 2 tables in weekend lunch hours.

Returned to enjoy the most tasty pizza in Tampines! Today had a specialty mushroom pan pizza which was so fulfiling. Moreover the drink now as a free flow option, ideal for such a hot summer afternoon. Awesome! There are a wide selection of vegetarian options. #Vegetarian #AlliumFree #YummyForMyTummy

Ordered a takeaway for dinner. As usual, this Pizza Hut branch was very busy. I waited for around half an hour for the pizza which is acceptable. What was not too palatable was the staffs’ service. When I requested for some extra cheese, I was told curtly: “ Pizza Hut doesn’t provide cheese anymore. “ I think being in the service industry, maybe the staff should learn how to phrase such information to customers without sounding condescending to customers. I think future customers to this branch would want to be more aware of the service level of this Pizza Hut branch. Food wise it’s pretty decent. Just ignore the service for your takeaway.

Came to eat on the first day of the buffet every wednesday. Instructions from EVERY staff was different and unclear. Sat down and was served 1 slice of pizza with hair ingrained within the crust and was left seated for the next 15 mins without any attendance. Staff told me to use the app to order but it doesn't work. Asked for assistance from a lady and she told me i was supposed to order infront when the people mending the cashier told me to proceed to the table before ordering and she INSISTED THAT SHE WAS RIGHT still telling me "who told u order inside?" Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Really full from anger instead of food. However I would like to commend this young indian chap who was very helpful, proactive and really going around helping everyone out even though his coworkers were slacking off or busy and unclear with instructions. Kudos to this guy. Thanks for saving my meal heres 1 star for u. Overall think this place has terrible management and staff should be properly trained prior to hosting any promotions.

Located at Secons floor near escalators. It's a place where Fresh and hot food was served. Place is neat amd clean. Service is fine but a bit slow. Tried Regular crust vegi pizza, garlic bread, ice tea, cheesee 7 snack platter and hot coffee (which was not hot at all) All food was good and tasty except hot coffee which was a big regret. A nice eating joint in the mall.

Went to Pizza Hut at Tampines Mall. Ordered a couple of food. I had to address the $15.93 Shrimply Garlicky Aglio Olio. It is so plain and unappealing. The shrimps looks like they are shocked to be in the same plate with the pasta, they would rather be in the trash with their fellow shells.

Came to celebrate sister's birthday. Staff Aryan was very friendly and gave good service to customers. Despite how young he was, his helpful nature made our dinner a memorable one.

Only one other table occupied at 11:30am. I guess its the exam period. Usually this joint is buzzing with families and friends. Warmly greeted by a nice staff. She even wrote down my order. I love the human touch. She even reccomended a lunch promo which was a good deal. They did not have non gassy drink and suggested hot tea and I took it. I had BBQ chicken personal pan and it was delucious as always. I usually dine here with my family but they were all busy so had to dine alone. No regrets ...staffs are really nice. Good place to go on your own.

The place was badly maintained with the tables clearly still ridden with crumbs and leftovers despite the restaurant being pretty empty.. we had questions about the app vs the ordering qr and there was no one to answer our queries, staff was mostly trainees who had no sense of customer service at all, practically shoving the food on our table. the food we received was subpar at best, with most of the dishes being burnt. please improve, this is extremely terrible service and experience
