I was at pizza hut Nex earlier this evening. I ordered regular pizza and seafood alfredo. Pizza was good, however I found an unidentified substance item on my mussels. I asked one of staff for assistance because I don’t know whether its safe to consume or not. I overheard one of staff informing her supervisor about the incident and the person reacted ‘oh SHIT’ out loud until I could hear from my table. Manager on duty Kai approached to our table and took back my plate to kitchen. After few minutes, one of lady staff came and informed me that they will replace it to new dish. At the end it turned out totally new dish which I didn’t order, and no explanation and apologies were given until I ask to speak to manager in charge again. I had to waste my time there with unpleasant experiences. I hope pizza hut will take action on food safety and hygiene matter seriously in the future. And please train your staffs for proper way of handling certain circumstances.

The food was good. Ordered the new rose pasta and chipotle pizza. They were delicious! The ambience was nice however the music they play was weird though, like some techno or EDM (those music they play in clubs).

Visited the restaurant in the afternoon during an odd timing which was probably the reason for lesser crowds. The service level was decent in my opinion, probably due to less customers during tea timing. Ordered a promotional item and the taste is great too. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Food is served fresh and piping hot. The service staff is very helpful, just a little slow and low on energy. I guess it's late and they had a long day. Thankful that they open till 10pm.

I ordered takeaway from this outlet and the pizza I ordered was large pizza simply cheese , the pan pizza I ordered was almost like a thin crust pizza and half of my pizza the crust was more than pizza itself , very disappointing!

Disappointed that the seafood pizza is off the menu. The mushroom soup tasted extremely salty and processed (could see clumps in the soup). The food is overpriced, and service is poor even with few occupied tables. We had to walk to the counter and help ourselves to the water and condiments. Not worth the price paid.

I ordered tonight for take away but I asked if it's possible for me to change to dine in since they have lots of vacant seats and I have a headache. However, they didn't let me as per manager's protocol. I understand there are rules to follow but i think it's common sense and empathy to allow a customer to change to dine in since there are only few customers around. It's too restrictive. Aside from that, there's no queue monitor too. After the male staff gave some take away order to 1 customer, he didn't give the rest. If I didn't go to the station I would not know that my order is ready. The only good thing I could say is the young female staff, atleast she was polite. Maybe the manager could learn from her.

Not efficient. Everyone seems slow. Call for waiter but walk slowly to us. Even when order is ready, but not served. Only 2 tables occupied, so many empty tables but there is still queue. No wonder business getting lesser. Only focus on online orders.

The good was amazing! The season of the food was strong and i really like the way it taste, i love pizza 🍕 . The place is not crowded and busy which i like but the atmosphere is a bit sad as the lighting in the restaurant is not that bright.But it effected my photos when i wanna take a photo of my food, ngl it has poor lighting. But that’s okay because the food taste amazing 😜😍The food took a bit long but that’s okay because it gave me time to reflect on my life decisions. Siti and Ash, Pizza Hut staff are 5/5 because they were nice and understanding 🫰🏼 🫡

Food services were fast and efficient. Have to compliment one of the exceptional staff there Ms Cecilia. She was going around and ensuring that all the orders have been served and also checked if the food was up to expectation. Commendable service and extraordinary energy level.

Had a pleasurable dine in experience at pizza hut nex. The food was great and service was really good! Been served by Cecilia and she is very helpful and approachable. The other staff were friendly too and I would dine in again 👍

Dropped by for lunch in between work. Cecilia was so courteous and attentive. There’s also an in-house offer of thin crust regular pizza going for $1, with a minimum purchase of $15. Too bad I was dining alone and still had work the rest of the day.

Firstly, received the wrong pizza (ordered margherita as it was for a 3 year old, received veggie lover’s instead). Clearly stated on my grab order receipt it was Margherita Pizza. Secondly, and the main reason why I decided to publish this review on Google is because I received burnt mozzarella poppers. This is highly unacceptable to be served to paying customers! I ordered at 8.30pm which I understand maybe the kitchen is busy with high orders or the staff is starting to clean up and things like that but that shouldn’t compromise the quality of food being served. Totally spoilt the entire dinner experience and not sure if I’ll ever order or recommend this outlet again.

Today, 7 December, my three friends and I patronized Pizza Hut at Nex. We were there at 11am and were attended to by Cherie, an extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful person. She helped us understand the offers in the menu very patiently which made deciding our meal a breeze. After our meal was served , she checked on us to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I told her that my hot chocolate was very diluted. Without hesitation, she took it away and returned with a hot chocolate worth drinking. Pizza Hut is very lucky to have Cherie as a member of its staff. She would make a fabulous mentor for new staff and she should also be seriously considered to be part of Pizza Hut's training workshops.

It was a pleasant visit (relatively quiet late lunch if not because of the kitchen door repair being done). Staff are pleasant especially Auntie Cecilia was exceptionally attentive, polite and proactive with her service despite her senior age. She'd made this meal a memorable one. Keep up the good attitude everyone! 😊

Cecilia was a very good and vibrant staff. She ensures to check up on our table regularly and provide a friendly smile whenever she sees us. What a good experience dining here and such a good asset to Pizza Hut Nex! :)

Got my free pizza as I was the lucky 74th in the queue (out of 75th) for the 9pm session in NEX. Thanks for the giveaway! As I'm the last few in the queue, I witness difficult customers being demanding the staff (and some raise their voice to the staff), although the staff have constantly and kindly explained that all the pizza has been given out. I tried to speak out as I had witnessed a long queue outside the shop since 8pm, but some of them still didn't believe and were angry with the staff. I felt bad for the staff as they were just doing their job and crowd control. The male staff are very polite and calm in handling the situation. There was a proper sheet form which record every 75th person collecting the free pizza, so it's indeed a real giveaway guys! As long as you come as early as possible, you will get it! Please don't angry over staff as there were lots of people queuing even before 8pm. I will definitely patronise PizzaHut again!

Rose chicken, ham and corn pizza with stuffed crust was filling! And very cheesy! But the truffle fries.... It felt like the menu have a typo, it should just be fries.
