I did a pickup for the mala pizza. I reached the pizzahut on time according to the app but i still had to wait 5 minutes for the pizza. The place wasn't crowded so idk what's the hold up. I mean i honestly didn't mind waiting even if it was 10 mins. The pizza is nice and hot and they were not stingy with the cheese and chili packets

Twice i tried to dine-in but was immediately turned away quoting that the waiting time was 40mins to be served. There were no other diners in the restaurant. The staff kept turning down everyone who walked in to dine-in. On the first occasion, the staff said 30mins waiting time. I said ok but the staff immediately responded 40mins waiting time. Of course, I couldn't wait that long as my break was only an hour. And today, 2nd time i tried to dine-in. Same thing. Only 2 others were dining in at the restaurant at that time. The staff said 40mins waiting time, when i asked for a table to dine-in. I couldn't wait. As i walked out, the couple behind me were also turned down by the staff to dine-in. Very disappointed with the staff and the management.

Came around around 120pm Saturday, the restaurant Manger says waiting time is 45mins. The reason is they are busy preparing catering orders. It's a poorly managed places. Shall avoid at all cost

Similar to one earlier review, my family and I were also told the wait time would be long, although there was only 2 other people in the restaurant and they were already eating. It was quite clear that we were not welcome so we left.

Food was normal. Crispy crust, good ingredients. Cheese wasn't too my liking. A few ants were crawling by the side of the sofa table. Overall Great Service with my family of 4.

The gentlewoman and gentleman who served us last Tuesday night on the 14th of March was actually a delight! They made the experience fun because they were extremely helpful and also informative about the closing standard of the shop. They were very gentle and attentive, I was kinda surprised cause most front liners do service for the sake of doing it. Unfortunately I failed to get their names but kudos to them both! They did a very great job that night. The dessert look so fab, mozzarella is nice, beef pepperoni pizza is on point and my friend seem to enjoy her lasagna too. A chef's kiss for our first visit. 💕

The pizzas are mouth-watering with a perfect blend of toppings and crispy crust. The garlic bread is a standout, with its crunchy texture and flavorful garlic butter. The chicken drumlets are juicy and flavorful, making them a great addition to any meal. We would eat here again...

Had some discount credits from Deliveroo, which allowed the classic bundle to be 35 instead of 50. We did have some adjustments to the orders (like adding cheesy crust). Hand to heart, I wouldn't really pay 25 per pax for their pizza. Whether cheesy crust or otherwise, the ingredients really taste like "instant" food . The chicken, the bbq sauce, the crust, the cheese, the peppers, etc, all have a certain "instant" texture about it. I'd be happy to pay a little more for Italian pizzas, or hand make at home with fresh ingredients.

The pan pizza is my favourite pizza I have ever had! I specifically like this pizza hut as it is near my house. The best part is that if you get a student meal, it can feed about 2 people for lunch with: A pan pizza ( 4 slices ), a drink that you can share and additional sides if you want. But the amazing part is that it is only $8.90!

The worst thing I've ever eaten in singapore. Outrageous prices. A personal pizza, appetizer, drink for $43. And the total amount when you order excludes GST. You only find out the amount upon payment. Unacceptable.

Pondering how to write this review. Service wise, I think patrons here need to be patient, the staffs here do deliver their work but they don't really acknowledge, so might at first come across as rude but give it 5 seconds you will understand they are actually handling your orders or queries very professionally. Food wise, they are really great. It's not very crowded on a Monday 7ish dinner time. Basically quite empty. Quiet and peaceful. Love it.

Went on a Monday lunch and it was very quiet. Ordered a set for three and it comes with regular pizza, meltz, wings and dessert. The two of us finished all 😂 Meltz was good! Cheesy and tasty.

Tonight, we had a bad experience with the service. We're waiting for maybe 1 hour or more for the pizza to serve. Before that happen, they served the chicken drumlets. If I never ask for plates and tissue they never give. Second, they ask if can cancel the fries because they change the oil. It's just okay, I understand the reason. But About 30 minutes to 45 minutes, the chicken is already finished. Actually we ate slowly because we waiting for the pizza. If I never ask the staff, they didnt check again. They mistaken my order to take-away while in the online order is dine-in. The pizza is bit cold already when serving in the table. One of the staff say sorry but its like just saying out only for us to feel better. Im not happy already tasting the food a bit cold. I dont want to make scene because still got other customer left dine-in that time. The food is okay but the service is poor. I've noticed that the staff are busy on their phone. It's like waiting for the time to pass so that they can go home. I know how tiring your work is but please prioritize your customer/ client first. This is not the first time having dine-in in this shop. I feel regret coming back to dine-in here thought that first time happened is just mistake. Paying $68+ for the 2 drinks, 10 pcs drumlets and 1- regular pizza (take it home after eating 1 slice because it's already cold) is not worth it. I dont recommend this shop to dine-in here because of the staff. I've experienced other Pizza Hut shops but the service is not like this. Hope Pizza Hut Management look into it, so that this wont happen again to other customers.

terrible service and food. ordered the set with pizza, wings and 2 mushroom soup. then they said their mushroom soup was oos. and refused to compensate. after much back and forth, the manager begrudgingly gave a can of coke as compensation for 2 mushroom soup, which cost $7.80 each on the menu.
