the reviews are real... super unlucky to be assigned this outlet for delivery. pizza delivery late with no contact although I ordered 5 hours in advance, and not able to contact this outlet at all. my first bad experience with pizza hut delivery because of this lousy outlet.

If I can put negative, I will! There was a rude Malay guy on duty at Pizza Hit Greenridge on 19 Jul 7:55pm. He shouted at me when I just asked for a simple chili flakes. Bad service! Rude people in this restaurant.

takeaway service was quite good. pizza tasted good too. a pity i just found out today that pizza hut no longer give grated cheese sachet. what a disappointment.

Pizza order was made at about 3pm for a 7pm delivery. 7pm, no pizza. 7.15pm called the branch line - no answer. Called the main hotline - the person claimed they tried to reach me. (My phone did not leave my sight from 3pm to 7pm). He said he will put a note. No call. Call again at 7.30pm. Another person on the line. She said she will put a note. Again - Nothing. Pizza arrives almost 8.30pm. Not a single phone call. No apology. Utterly disappointed. You have just lost a customer. Probably not the first loss.

Horrible customer service. ETA delivery was 330pm but waited for 20mins didn't arrive, when i called the store the staff told me will try to deliver by 430pm because still waiting for rider. Now it's 5pm still no delivery. Called customer service 3 times told me the same thing, will get store manager to call me. Untill now no store manager called me, no courtesy call in the first place to inform me delivery will be late. At least have the courtesy la to tell customer delivery will be late. No service recovery, no courtesy call and no principals. When i tried calling the store for the past 1 hr no one even pick up. So now I want a full refund and i will not except the food because it's been more than 1 hour of waiting. I am looking forward to speak to the store manager.

As i read through the recent review, customer need to have a mutual understanding. I understand that today is public holiday due to election day, so as a former grab rider we always expect a delay on the delivery due to high volume. A part from that, I had an outstanding experience with this guy name haikal. I believe he’s a manager as the way he speak is professional. The customer service I received was beyond my expectation. From the moment I reached out for assistance, it was prompt and incredibly helpful. It went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure I had a positive experience. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your excellent service!

Service is extremely poor on a weekday night at 8pm. There is no crowd at the restaurant, no grab / delivery pickups. I ordered 2 melts (new launch) waiting time was advised to be 20-25min. I came back half an hour later and was told they just popped it in the oven and required another 10minutes. 40minutes for 2 melts - waste of time. Total waiting time 45minutes.

Terrible customer service and the taste is just bad. I ordered with the Pizzahut app from Bukit Panjang so it should be 30min cooking time, 15min deli time max. But then i received after 2 hours of my order and the food is cold already and doesn’t taste nice nor clean. Never gonna order again from this store.

Ordered the following: 2 Large pizzas Meatballs Chicken drumlets Got them delivered about 30 minutes from the Greenridge outlet. Pretty fast! However, the taste of the pizzas and Meatballs was disappointing. They were bland. We've been to pizza hut many times and this doesn't really taste like pizza hut pizzas at all The only redeeming thing was the drumlets. It still taste as good as expected. Pizza Hut should really look into maintaining their quality. Otherwise there are always other brand of pizzas out there.

When I ordered the pizza the waiter said need to wait for 15 min, but they let me waited for 30 min, and only while I heard other customer complaining they’ve been waiting for 1 hr, I felt something wrong, then I chased them they find out my pizza. They just seem to be very easy to forget customer’s order often. Very terrible store.
