Usually visit this outlet as it's near my area. Service here has never been good. As usual, we were left waiting around for several minutes before being lead to a table. Our waiter kept coughing throughout the entire time we were there. It was a bit disturbing as Covid is still ongoing. :/ Despite there being more than one person working at the outlet, the staff seemed to be letting this one waiter serve everyone. We got the stuffed crust pizza in regular. Super DISAPPOINTED when it arrived. Not only was the crust not crispy but just like... bread, but it was super tiny too!! Even my friend whom i sent the photo to kept commenting on how tiny it is! They also apparently do not have parmesan cheese in a pizza place. The "chicken" soup was ingredientless. For $30+ a pizza, i would rather eat at Blue Label or one of the fancier pizza places. Last time here for sure.

Look at how "generous" the portion of a $6 brownie. Nowadays no more 30 min delivery that they used to adhere, it's always late now. Service drops, food portion is ridiculous and expensive.

Visited here for the Pizza Buffet Promo. During the peak period where many customers crowded the place, service was relatively slow and pizzas were the same 3 flavours. Waited until i become full till i got my Satay pizza. But what was really amazing was how the team managed the crowd, and the lady on shift was very capable and well in managing her teammates, where some were PwD. As a SPED educator, it was really heartening to see her manage her team so well, and to see Pizza Hut give opportunities to these marginalized individuals of Singapore.

Great service served by the staff! Even my order was a free pizza given by Singtel prepaid promotion, the staff was politely asked me to wait for the food at waiting area.. Besides, when I requested ketchup sauce for take away, no available small pack of sauce but they provided me small cup of it without having any complaints even I said it's ok to not having it! Good attitude! Keep it up!

The food here is exorbitantly expensive. I ordered a regular pizza,coke,garlic bread and soup for one person and the bill came up to $51! This is the highest I have ever paid to dine at a restaurant for one person.$28.50 for a regular sized pizza with just 6slices is ridiculously expensive . I am never ever going to come back again!

I liked the taste of pizza..I ordered 1 large and 1 regular veggie delight with upgraded cheesy base...I opted take away as ...but, they only gave 2 chily flakes pouch when I asked where is oragano flakes..they said...NO...we don't have...seriously..it is my first experience that a pizza outlet doesn't have a single piece of oragano..also, they didn't seem worried about that...although I asked for more chily flakes and got 2 more..thank you 😊

Soooo slow serving! Never come here again. Just wasting my time at least 2hour to waiting just a regular pizza although another take away customers come after us but take food before us!

The place is usually not crowded and the service is very nice. After we order the food choices out quickly like within 25 mins. And the wait is worth it as the good is very good.

The carbonara is sumptuous as compared to other branch. I have cleaned out the plate as usually before remembering to take a pix. The honey roasted wings is good too.

I visited Pizza Hut at Ang Mo kio and had a fantastic experience the atmosphere is very nice also the staff was incredibly friendly. The area was clean amd well -maintained while im dine in .the manager andrie very approachable and mostly is the service very satisfaction.

After a long and tiring day at work, Pizza Hut never disappoints us. It’s our second time eating here and their foods are always the best. But of course not just their foods are delicious but the staffs are as nice as always, they still have this so welcoming attitude and good on providing service on each of their customers. 5 Star review for Andrei … she is the store manager. she is so accommodating and friendly, I really love coming to Pizza Hut now as the vibes she give me is so wonderful.
