seriously, horrendous service with bad attitude, just don't bother wasting your time with pizza hut. I have wasted 3 hours through chasing after 1 pizza order. pro tip: if your pizza's delayed for whatever reasons, just CANCEL & FORGET. do not even attempt to be nice & wait. (I still hadn't received my pizza yet although the customer service insisted the pizza is at my door)

Always late delivery...I dont know why everytime I order from Pizza Hut, it always late or delayed. I ordered at 1830H ...ETA 1908H , called at 1928H after no updates on the Order Tracker. Called Pizza Hut Offc. To help to expedite the order. After 10mins The branch in Yis Ave.5 called that the rider is OTW...but for goodness sake, no updates on their Order Tracker. It seems for display only No coupon to give as well, to appease the disgruntled customer. No more Pizza Hut.

Ordered my box and add on with 4 piece of spicy chicken drumlet just to hit minimum order for delivery but what I received was just normal roasted wings and there wasn’t even 4 pieces. Wanted to call for a refund but their phone was engaged as well. Super unsastisfactory service no wonder their reviews are all bad

1 pizza I chiil flake, order extra chill flake pay 30cent, order 2 pizza with extra 1 chill flake but in the end only came with 1 chill flake. 1 person 30cent, imagine 100000 people order with extra chill flake how much they earn with just 1 pack of chill flake without giving it. Call them they say sorry is not their fault. This is what call customer service by earning every one 30cent. They can earn more den 3000 dollar a year without giving the flake and just say nothin at all.

Poor quality of service.Went to this pizza hut for self collection and requested to collect it via online.However,I had to wait there for 40 mins to receive my order.The staff working in the kitchen there showed no care to the order as they dropped one of the orders on the floor,but at least replaced it.I thought that maybe the product would still be good and worth the wait.However,it disappointed.The garlic breadsticks were plain and dry and had no garlic flavour.The milo breadsticks were also so plain and after trying these,I felt like I didnt know what I was eating.We ordered the knotty cheesy pizzas,but they werent cut properly and the dough was quite raw,the cheese went cold and wasn't enjoyable.I understand that they were pressurised with the influx of orders but the quality of the product should never be compromised.With all that said, one good thing I noticed was that the staff at the counter were quite nice from my experience
