Waffles pretty awesome here. Do note that the waffle section closed at 9pm sharp.

Queue system for waffle very messy. There were many ppl standing around the counter. When asked the main counter staff that I wanna order waffle, she didn’t say anything just showed a blank face and said she don’t take orders for waffle, instead a helpful uncle told me to order directly with waffle counter staff, I mean the main counter could have directed me or take over the ordering for the waffle staff since she’s already so busy with the orders. Followed by me, a few more clueless customers asked us if we were queuing and we had to take over the staff job of telling them to order directly with the main waffle counter. However nice the waffles may be, they can do better in their service and queue system.

There is a wide range of pastries available and the staff are quite kind and calm. They barely leave the shelves empty and have enough staff to work at the cake side and waffle side.

Got the plain waffle and it was hard and dry. To think they had put up a notice about using quality ingredients to ensure they provide quality products. I don't see the quality here.

Located at B1, same floor as NTUC and Malaysia Boleh. The stall is just beside Boost. We always come here for their Peanut Waffle! The waffle is the thin and crispy kind. The crispiness and peanut creaminess taste good! The price is very affordable too! Just order and pay first. They dont give numbers or receipts. The staff can remember all the customers face and their orders even if they have large orders. Quite impressive! You can order then come back for it! And they only take cash.

I always love Prima deli cake. Always stable and delicious. Only thing i dont like is that I cannot order online to pick up from AMK Hub.

how come there are two people who are in the shop but one is sitting down looking at her phone while the other is busy making waffles? this caused the fat one to have to go to the cake side and help out and so she keep making mistakes and then i saw she just threw a perfectly good blueberry waffle in the dustbin because she somehow stained the paper bag. why can’t she passed it to me since i ordered the blueberry waffle? doesnt sound like she has brains. you got ONE job. to make waffles. and if people for 15 min are not collecting their waffles, why can’t she just use one of those waffles to pass to the rest of the customers? the thing is she estimated the waiting period is 15min. after 15min, still have to wait. all i see is at least 15 waffles were given out during this time, it sounds like the waiting period is actually a lot more.

Bought their royal gift set snowskin mooncakes during early bird promo. Nice metallic box and appreciate the paper inside that shows each of the flavours. Unique fillings that locals will like.

Hands down my fave waffle!! I always ask for my waffle to be more crispy and they always delivered the way I want it 🥰 The waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside *chef’s kiss*
