The service is horrible. They provided me with the wrong sushi order. I ordered mega sushi san with ebi fry but was given a sushi order with raw salmon instead.

I’ve been ordering Maki San for a while now and have always enjoyed it. But I had a most unpleasant experience ordering today in person at AMK hub. The stall was a mess and the two female staff looked untidy and unfriendly. The person preparing the sushi basically shoved the food in an unappetising manner and my chicken katsu was clearly refried and not fit for eating. Really terrible work ethics!

I usually looked forward to getting my makisan but recently the roll standards is really bad. Like...half of the ingredient can be out of the seaweed sheet and the person will still roll without shifting the ingredients to middle. Really affects how appetising the roll is

Gone Fishing Salad - Sriracha mayo sauce, smoked salmon and cold soba doesn’t match each other in terms of taste and texture. Needs more work to make it work!

yesterdays went to buy maki-san DIY sushi at AMK outlet , so i saw the staff using a rice which is Wet, soggy type, so i told the staff to make a new piece, and i also saw the staff, dispend the rice from the machine, and throw it back , and dispend again before my order. i almost cancel the order when i saw the rice conditions. but lucky they took another batch on the rice from chiller. which is look better after i told them why the rice condition ls like that.
