Regular customer at Maki San AMK Hub. Usually ordered salad bowl. Nice and fresh food. Hope to have more vegan options. Price is slightly on high side. Staff (named bar) is friendly and provide good service. Highly recommended.👍

Agree with the previous reviews that this place should be avoided - unfortunately I didn’t think to check reviews as we’ve tried maki-san in the past. Ingredients were super stingy and very subpar- severely overpriced and I will not be back again. For instance, we chose egg mayo as a topping, but they put such a sparse layer that it’s more like a spread/sauce (see picture attached). What I actually find more absurd is that the reviews are already so bad, yet they consistently choose to stay lousy, making zero effort to retain what remaining customers they may have.

Been consistent buying maki-san. Is so convenient and taste yummy 😋. Staff are friendly too.

Will not patronise again. Delivery was late which is ok but at least have the decency to apologise when we called to check. At last, the food arrived 39 mins later and guess what. We ordered 2 combos and 3 a la cartes but was missing of 1 combo (calamari and 1 drink). The service is just wow.

Nice location, easy to find. A lot of ingredients to choose. Food also fresh. Available in sushi and salad. Recommended to those who want to try this fusion cuisine.

They now have a website where customers can place their orders and opt for self collection at their preferred outlet. However, I had an u pleasant experience today. I placed my online order and opted to collect it at AMK outlet, when placing my order, I opted for the fried sushi option which I had to pay extra $1.50 for. But when I got my food, it was covered up in the box packaging which was already unusual cos for fried sushi orders they don’t cover it cos it will form water droplets and make the food soggy. But I thought the staff didn’t know of this, but when I opened my food when I got home. It wasn’t the fried sushi which I ordered, it was just the normal seaweed wrap. I’m not sure if this fried sushi order can actually be accommodated at all outlets but if that particular can’t accommodate fried sushi orders then don’t put this option in the order form, it misleads the customers and we have to pay extra for it only to get the normal seaweed wrap. Maki-San please work on this, it’s very frustrating

Personally, I find it has excellent service everytime I visit. Food proportions are good. Staff are helpful. Never had an issue thus far.

Absolute garbage. Tried it before 2 years ago and it was pretty good. This time I thought to order the bowl. Paid 18 dollars for it because I decided to add extra unagi and beef (sold as roasted striploin). Food is just microwaved meat on iceberg lettuce. (Picture is as delivered)

a busy work day 🍱 mega san with steamed ebi, avocado, tamago, asparagus, golden tempura, smoked salmon & spicy mayo. everything tasted great except the asparagus which was totally raw and it’s stringy texture did not go well with the rest.

Working at AMK Hub, I frequently visit Makisan for my lunch and dinner. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly and patient staff. The food is fine too.

One of the worker there was VERY stingy with the contents in the sushi. Asked for a little more, he said no.
