What has happened to prima deli and their waffles lol it has only gotten worse as time goes by. Bought a peanut one today, it looked absolutely sad, soft and soggy. Cant get over the fact that they charge so much more compared to other bakeries. I would say any other bakery can make waffles thats better than prima deli's.

Was at the waterway point outlet during xmas time. They have a wide variety of xmas cakes. Looks nice and very festive.

Saw on google that they close at 9:30pm, tried calling them but no one bothered to answer. As wife was craving for a waffle, I went out to buy. Reached around 8:55pm and there was a lady in queue who took a while. When it was my turn it is 8:57pm, just 2 minutes past their last order time of 8:55pm and the guy refuse to take my order even though I was delayed by the lady in front and he is still making waffles at that point. When I begged him and explained that my pregnant wife is craving, he smirked. How rude!

I initially ordered the waffles just now for dinner and then changed my mind and ordered different flavour instead. The waffle maker didn’t show any unhappiness but returned with polite smile 😊 The waffles are yummy too. Definitely will buy again

I would like to complain on the waffles maker from Waterway Point. When I just arrived with my 2 children, there was only 1 person queuing infront of me, and I thought she already placed her order. And go ahead and tell your waffle maker on my order. "2 plain please" Instead of telling me nicely that the person infront had yet to order. She scolded me in mandarin "Can't you see the person in front of you have not order? Still dare to cut queue?" (CONTINUE ROLLING HER EYES ON ME). How would I know the person in front of me already placed her order or not when I just arrived? What kind of service is this? If not because of my toddler want to eat your waffle I wouldn't even buy from prima deli again. Worse experience I ever had in my life.

Ordered 2 plain waffles, the auntie was nice and cooked the waffles fast. Price was alright, it's standard. The waffles tasted good not bad, but it's quite thin, way slimmer than other places I've bought waffles at. But for the good services and location convenience to get waffles, I'll give this ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars. 👍🏻

Pre ordered the Longevity 19 (SL19) cake for my grandfather's birthday. We got the 2kg cake. Sad to say, the cake was a huge disappointment. It was filled with thick cream, which i felt wasn't the healthiest for the older generation. The 6 "peaches", which were decorated on top of the cake is solely sugar, looks good only. p.s Photo shown is based on their website. I ordered the 2kg cake which as 6 peaches instead of 2 as shown in photo. Overall verdict: Better off getting cake from BS. Will not recommend.

Poor service from the staff. Wanted to order a cake for my mum’s birthday. Initially the cashier ignored us but thought she didn’t hears us so we call out to her again but she told us to wait. Waited for very long and she still continue standing at the cashier using her phone. Not sure if she’s busy using her phone for her personal use or for work but she was very rude. Shouldn’t she attend to us first? We came at 520pm on 27th Nov 2023. Decided not to order cake from this outlet. Unpleasant experience.

I saw many Pandan layered cake in their fridge and it looked fresh. Bought one of it from the store on 26 Nov night. The staff handed me the one that expires on 27 Nov without informing about the expiry date.

Bought 2 waffles. Cheese and Pb. The waffle was thin, it was NOT hot at all which surprises me..it wasn’t even warm. So disappointed. Their waffles used to be better.

The birthday cake is using margarine like cream which tastes greasy and fatty. The taste is disgusting and that spoilt the celebration. The cake ended up in the bin with only one bite eaten although it looks pretty cute. What a shame. The flavour is rainbow chocalate. Don't be baffled by its look.
