As a bakery, this can be described as the worst one ever.... Shelves 80% empty.... And to make thing worst.... They selling instant noodle? At a bakery? The only thing carrying this shop is the waffle.... I rather you guys close this down and let better bakery (we all know) take over to really fulfill the job as a bakery....

Waffles were good. Primadeli makes the best waffles. Service could be improved though. Some of the staffs appear uninterested in serving customers.

I realised, they’re lacking of customer service. Bad customer service! Treat customer unevenly, sometimes talk to the customer nicely, sometimes not, what is this?! Not consistent at all. When the customer being nice, staff being rude. When customer starts to be rude, staff being nice, i don’t understand. Basic “thankyou” would be nice. When i ask a question, only nod her head? Really?! What’s the purpose of the staff working there? Being rude? I think so. It has always been the malay staff, only 1 of them is nice. And also to add on, I believe that working in F&B it’s required to put on face mask :)

Horrible experience @ Canberra outlet. Prima Deli always my only choice when it comes to waffles … ordered peanut butter … the uninterested staff says peanut is peanut butter is butter not Peanut butter !! Please den change the menu !! I was taught from young that’s it’s call peanut butter or was my parents n teacher wrong !! Only Min Zhang kueh have peanut n no butter !!! Honestly I wun even give one star to this outlet but gladly 5 stars at Junction 9.

I had a verg bad customer experience with the staff at Prima Deli Canberra. I chosen a birthday cake for my husband and the staff asked me how old. I told her 45. After that I walked away to look at other buns while she packed my cake. When I came home and open the bag, there is only ONE candle. The staff didnt asked me if I am fine with only one candle. Is it too many to give me 4 big & 5 small candles? If not willing to give candles, dont sell birthday cake! Was so disappointed with the outlet and i will definately not going to support the shop again.

Waffles were good. Primadeli makes the best waffles. Service could be improved though. Some of the staffs appear uninterested in serving customers. Also, shelves are quite empty most of the times. Hardly any kind of bread.

They used to make good waffles but now price increased and the kaya spread were quite pathetic!! Not sure will i ever buy from here again.. :(

All the worker at prima deli got attitude problem. I buy waffles from them like as if I'm begging for waffles. So horrible. Not the first time tho, very rude. 😒

I was frantically looking for a cake on Hari Raya day. I called the outlets nearer to my house such as causeway point outlet, ssc outlet, Northpoint outlet. Just as I was looking for a nearby outlet, I found this store. I immediately called and asked if they had the cake I want. Owner Sharon answered my call and told me it was available. When I came down, I changed my mind as I saw other cake available. She was very accommodating to my request. Even though the shop was a little busy, both Sharon and the staff in uniform were working quickly to manage it. If you ever need a cake at Prima just come down to this outlet! Customer service 10/10!!
