Baguette bought from this store was stale. Not edible. Service was not friendly.

Horrible experience! Went to get a waffle as usual… Decided to get a mixed waffle as usual! End up getting ONE FLAVOUR! i paid for both flavours mixed! The indian lady staff was busy video calling on her phone. Really disappointed as I'm a regular there!

Waffle was decent, what you will expect from Prima deli. I would like to highlight the staff and boss’ response. I ordered a waffle earlier and I wasn’t paying attention. I paid $2,740 instead of the $2.40 I was supposed to pay. I told the staff who promptly told the boss. Called the boss after and she pay now me back immediately after some checks on her end. Kudos to them for helping me even though its 100% my fault
