The waffle counter always closed before 7.45pm but there stated 8pm multiple times. Please change your closure time to 7.30pm to avoid disappointment.

Bought Waffles 4thApr26 around 1035am at this outlet Yishun Junction 9, felt staff need to have basic manners/courtesy in front of customers. She seems agitated and grumpily served. Previously was run by a couple few years back, they seem well customer oriented and will personally called us when our kids birthday cake ready to collect.

Decided to put on reviews. My 3rd time wanted to buy waffles at this time (7.30pm) and its show waffle station closed. Today I finally ask.. thought it says closed at 8pm? The Indian lady told me today they close early. So coincidence? Also, I encounter 1 chinese auntie service was bad, once I bought waffle I ask for plastic bag, she told me "Plastic bag is there, u take yrself, all customer self service." 🙄☹️ making me dont feel like going to them anymore.

Came to collect my pre ordered cake. Was told by the staff it wasn’t ready. But when the delivery guy came to send order, she look through the order but didn’t inform me that my order was ready. Waited outside the outlet for my cake order. Until the other staff came in and i asked, she said ya.. it was in the chiller. Hais. Bad experience.

The waffles are delicious and crispy but on rare occasions the staff accidentally gives the wrong flavor but other than that I think this place is the place-to-be when buying baked goods.
