there was no one at the cash register for me to order, so i called the staff who’s back was facing me as she was doing something. my friend & i kept calling out for her but she didn’t respond until she finally turned around and straight away asked us what we wanted to order. which seemed to us as if she already heard us calling for her but just chose to ignore and once she was done with her stuff then come to take our order. when i was ordering, she was very rudely spoken too. she spoke in such a rude manner and you can tell from her facial expressions as well. i find it rather funny how the shop has a mini poster about mutual respect, yet none was given to me and i was polite throughout the conversation as well as mentioned thank you.

FYI, this tiramisu was bought from Ang mo Kio hub yesterday 20th May 2026 around 2107hrs. At the start I found the taste a little different from previously bought cake. As I ate deeper in, the bottom part taste sour and it’s obviously been days. I had been eating tiramisu from your company and this is the very first time the taste was obviously not fresh and already should be remove and not sold to customer. I strongly suggest your company to provide proper training in hygiene food handling and to identify food that had been unsold for days and high possibility of spoilage food. Had send to WhatsApp number from kazo and no respond till date.

Came for their cheese sourdough again. The first purchase was good so I came back for it again. Save having to queue at Fairprice for one bread item. Worth more than breadtalk buns. Try it. The counter staff, Peggy, is customer -oriented and service oriented! She is a good and kind staff who makes customers want to patronise the store again.

Bought 3 tarts from the amk outlet - Mango Pomelo, Hojicha & Choc Hazelnut. The latter 2 tasted pretty good but the Mango Pomelo was bad. The whole tart is soggy including the tart crust. The fruits were not fresh and I discovered some discolouration on the pomelo pulps when cut open. Not sure if it was mould or not. There should be stringent F&B practice before selling to customers. It can easily cause abdominal upset.

Serious Hygiene and Food Safety Concerns I am highly disappointed and concerned by the food safety and hygiene practices I recently observed at Kazo AMK hub. While the staff claim the food is "freshly prepared," my experience suggests otherwise. I previously purchased food here that was sour and spoiled, indicating that unsold items are being kept and resold the next day. More critically, I observed several severe hygiene violations: No Gloves Used: Staff were handling ready-to-eat food items with their bare hands, completely neglecting the use of gloves. Contamination Risk: Uncovered food products were left exposed right next to the rubbish bin while staff were actively sweeping the floor nearby. This exposes the food to significant contamination risk (dust, debris, and refuse). These practices demonstrate a severe disregard for basic public health and safety standards. I cannot recommend eating here. I have reported these concerns to the local Food Safety Authority.
