I will not buy from Prima Deli again, for as long as I can. The HQ paid lip service when highlighted an issue with a cake. No one followed up until reminded again. When the follow-up came, it was a justification on the issue instead of being reasonable and understanding. I had submitted my feedback in private. Instead your outlet manager belittle the feedback. You have lost a long-time customer.

Grew up with Prima Deli bread and pastries. Good flavour and variety. Sliced white bread, donuts and baguette.

I had ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday after tasting their pastries, which were really good — moist and filled nicely. But the cake they delivered for the birthday was very disappointing. It was too dry, and as you can see in the picture, there was no filling in the last two slices. I had ordered a Truffle cake, but it didn’t taste like one at all. Really disappointed with the quality this time. I’ll never order from them again, and now I understand why the negative reviews were true.

I didn’t buy their pastries, but got a Hello Kitty balloon instead. Had asked about it a few days ago, and when I returned today—despite none being on display—the lady staff remembered me and kindly pumped one just for me. It was for a birthday girl, and I’m really grateful! Truly excellent customer service!

Must-Have Waffle Stop at SingPost Centre I always make it a point to get their peanut butter waffle whenever I pass by PrimaDéli at SingPost Centre. The nostalgic aroma of their old-school waffles is simply legendary—something that brings back fond memories with every bite. I’ve been enjoying their waffles for over 10 years, and it’s no surprise that PrimaDéli has become a go-to name for traditional-style waffles in Singapore. Price still stay affordable. Truly hope every mall gets one soon—for the convenience of all the loyal waffle fans out there!
