Really poor customer service from the staff making the waffles. She asked what I wanted, but her manner was rude and unfriendly. After that, she just pointed rudely towards the cashier for payment and mumbled the amount. She didn’t even tell the cashier what the payment was for, which made the whole process unnecessarily confusing. Very unpleasant and unprofessional service.

Wow the quality of the waffles have dropped drastically. Was served by 2 Incredibly grumpy aunties and told them TWICE that I wanted the waffle soft. The waffle ended up becoming really hard, there's no flavour and barely any filling. Just shut this outlet down already.

I used to love their waffle, generous filling and the waffle is just nice not too dry. I always buy one whenever I go heartland mall. But today there’s a very unfriendly staff Chinese girl with glasses Like I owe her million dollars The waffle is dry and the filling is pathetic I guess I won’t come back again

Served by a disgruntled staff, the worst waffle I’ve had in my entire life… I used to love their waffles and was so shocked by how dry and tasteless it was :(

The waffles not even hot and well cooked (the colour is very light) when was just made. And the cheese wasn’t even melted. (If is hot enough, it will def melt) I don’t know why the standard has became so bad. Prima deli’s waffles always one of the best. But this is really disappointed.
