Ordered a waffle and received a clearly pre-made one (not freshly poured and made). Cold, soft, limp. Asked if we could have a fresh one and the staff insisted she just made it. Right so how is it cold and limp????? She refused to make another. We threw it away without eating. Complete scam, no standards. Will never come back

Friendly staff but unfortunately after renovation the standard of the waffle went down. It used to be thicker and crispier but now it’s thinner and more soggy due to “shrinkflation” as we call it. This waffle used to be one of the best I’ve eaten but it’s just a disappointed

This shop just renovated. Ordered cake for my girl birthday, easy as 123. The cake as nice as expected. The sponge cake and the cream between not sweet, but the chocolate coating outside much sweeter. So you can scrap them if you don’t want it. This cake big enough for 10-12 person.

Bro these people put so spread most of the time my waffles are more dry than the Sahara desert.Only reason I ever come hear is because it's convenient and the people don't talk to you.

Very bad experienced , the staff just ignored us when we want to place order and keep looking at his phone ! Then we walked to cashier and ordered 6pcs . But noticed only 5pcs . Both staff are totally not communicated. Will not visit again Date : 2mar2025 Time : 1345hrs
