6 september around 7pm sharp, i was browsing the tall display fridge inside the shop the woman working wore glasses n had airpods in her ear, i saw her take out a spatula from a container that looks like it was for peanut butter, she walks over to the bin, takes out the tissue INSIDE the bin n used it to wipe the excess peanut butter off the spatula before putting it in the sink that was my cue to walk out n NEVER EVER buy from this prima deli. if she can do this in front of a customer, imagine what she could do when customers aren’t around

Don’t think our very hygienic seeing the auntie use the scraper to scrape all the dried waffle batter on the table/drawers etc. then use the same scraper to cook the waffle 😭 please buy another scraper for your staff.

Instead of saying roughly: Boleh tunggu kat luar? (Can wait outside?) Say this: Sorry, boleh tunggu kat luar? Kedai sempit (Sorry don’t mind can wait outside? The shop is small) We haven’t ordered so we waited near the cashier when the Malay girl who was at the waffle machine said this to us. It showed a lack of awareness for customers who hadn’t ordered, and more importantly, the ability to be polite when speaking to customers. Please work on this coz perangai rumah rental kau please tuck in eh bila kat kerja. Sekian 🙄
