My fav bakery beside Swee Heng. Apart from being ‘halal’ they have high standard of cleanliness & staffs are customer orientated.

We waited for almost half an hour and when prompt , staff (malay aunty) mentioned that they have called but we didnt approach them , however i remembered clearly that they did not mention our order and if so even if they did mentioned they saw us waiting outside YET they didnt consider calling us to double check whether we have taken or not. Poor customer service and the malay lady was speaking in a sarcastic tone. Despite them shouting the wrong order, us as a customer, we had to settle for a cold waffle.

Staff said that it was closed when I reached about 8.30pm when the closing time is 9pm in Google. Please continue to mislead others

Bought a last minute birthday cake from the display, and it was still very fresh. Staff was also very kind to give their chocolate fudge cake complimentary as a surprise! Both cakes tasted really good. Would definitely come back again for more! Thank you for the kind hospitality of the staff!
