I visited your outlet today and was disappointed with the service. There were no customers at the time, but the staffs showed no engagement, and my waffle was placed on the counter without any communication by one of the malay lady. I hope you can look into this and improve the customer experience.

The staff was very rude. I had already bought six chocolate waffles, but when I came back to buy a plain one for my colleague who couldn’t take chocolate, the staff said “order again Walah Wei ” in a rude tone and talked to her colleague with an unhappy face. Very unprofessional service.

Hi, I’d like to share my experience at your store just now. I was hoping to buy some bread and tarts, but unfortunately, both staff members ignored me while I waited in front of the cashier. Despite clearly seeing me, they continued with their tasks without even acknowledging me or saying something like “Sorry, please wait a moment.” It felt quite frustrating and awkward to be left standing there without any response. Hope your team can look into improving customer service — a small greeting or acknowledgment would make a big difference. Thanks for listening.

Prima Deli always made the best waffles. Soft, sweet, nice feelings and delicious. But their prices have been increasing. They should consider lowering their price as there are many bakeries everywhere.
