I had a great experience at this waffle shop. The short-haired lady is very friendly, hardworking, and always provides excellent customer service. She makes delicious waffles and also handles the cake section while managing the whole shop efficiently. Even during busy hours, she stays calm, organized, and professional. Her dedication and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Always saw a lot of ppl waiting for waffles & the smell is soooo fragrant, so we had to try Got the peanut waffle at $2.30 and it was so good?? Batter was light, kinda like an airy cake in waffle form which complemented the thick dense salted peanut butter filling. The saltiness really was a big plus point :) Will recommend ppl to try, but do be patient as there’s only 1 waffle making staff ✨

Staff attitude was very bad. I chanced upon the waffles as they smelled really good, but the overall experience was worse than expected. While waiting for my order, the staff responded rudely and sarcastically when I asked about it, saying, “What do you mean by your order?” I went to order other food and came back, only to realise my order had already been prepared. The staff then deliberately acted busy and left my items at another corner, making me wait until she finished preparing all the other waffles before passing them to me. As a result, my waffles had already turned cold. The lady staff also had a very unpleasant attitude throughout. It was the worst experience I’ve had in Downtown East. I will not visit again.

The hygiene standard here has really dropped recently. The staff preparing the waffles now don’t seem to care about cleanliness — they handle the waffles directly on a dirty waffle machine and don’t even bother to center it properly before adding the jam. The previous team used to be so much better — their waffles were clean, smelled amazing even from afar, and the service was friendly. Sadly, the new team’s hygiene and service standards are really disappointing. Worst.. when i feedback to the Indian lady, she complained to her colleague and give a rude face and reply rudely

Always been a supporter of prima deli and decided to get their waffle from this outlet. It's the first time I bought it from here. Auntie doesn't look like she's happy with her job. I bought 2 waffles. One hazelnut chocolate and one cheese. The waffles were soggy instead of crispy but what shocked me was the amount of cheese inside? As you can see it's a very thin slice and it is not well spread out as well. Very disappointed. First time in my life that I have seen such a badly made cheese waffles. It definitely is not worth $2.40. Better off to get your waffles from the tampines outlets!
