Sushi was surprisingly legit! The rice was actually better than some typical sushi chains. Tastewise, I enjoyed nearly all of the sushis we ordered. The zalmon, tu-na mayo beancurd skin, otah and aburi vnagi were all super delicous. Personally, the teriayki KO and line mane mayo were just alright. Wouldn't get those two again. I also liked the QR code ordering and train concept here, very efficient method for customers to get their food. However, it made me wonder why they charge service charge since there isn't much service required. Overall, I'll be back again if I'm craving sushi!

A fully vegetarian AND halal sushi spot with a conveyor belt?! Finally something that actually caters to vegetarians instead of the cucumber roll accommodations at the popular sushi chains 🥲💪 We tried the potato salad, super creamy and soft. The egg mayo inari was a standout, with a spicy sauce that gave it a nice kick. We also got an egg mayo beancurd pocket thing, which would’ve been an absolute banger if not for a sweet layer inside the beancurd covering, took away from what was otherwise a really solid dish. For the ramen, we got the tomato-based one (less spicy option) though it could’ve used a bit more depth of flavour. The truffle creamy white ramen was incredible. The broth alone made the dish so rich and creamy. One small note: both ramens came with a slice of mock meat, which isn’t really my thing I guess cuz I’m always a bit unsure what exactly goes into mock meat (what kind of soy, how it’s processed), so I’d have preferred it without and just some good old tofu. Pricing is very reasonable! Sushi dishes at $3.90 each, two pieces per plate, and quick service. Definitely recommend this for the sushi conveyor belt vibes alone, but the food backs it up too. Great find for vegetarians who miss out on conveyor belt sushi everywhere else!!

Met up with friends at Saute Sushi because one of them is vegetarian, we decided to give this place a try. To be honest, I’m not a vegetarian myself, so I came with an open mind and wasn't expecting too much. But surprisingly, the food was actually quite good! The dishes were flavourful, nicely presented, and didn't feel like I was "missing out" on meat at all. Some items were quite creative, and it was a refreshing change from the usual dining options. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality and portion size, making it a good place for gatherings with friends, whether you're vegetarian or not. The only downside is that the location is a little difficult to find if it's your first visit. We spent some time looking around before finding the restaurant. Once you're there though, the dining environment is comfortable and suitable for catching up with friends. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a good option if you're looking for vegetarian food in the Paya Lebar area. Even for non-vegetarians like me, it's worth giving it a try!

Virgin experience: Did a take away! I really wanted to try the avo roll but a staff named adalynn kindly recommended me not to get it as id be eating it an hour or so later. She was really sweet :)) I got the volcano sushi and the one with cheese Volcano: good that they separated the spicy mayo sauce (as it can get q spicy for those who cant tolerate). Nicely topped with im guessing fried potato shreds? Rlly nice texture. But somehow i felt it was really heavy. Not in a bad way tho Cheese: my PERSONAL FAV Im a sucker for cheese and this was perfect. Super fresh veges inside and really gud flavours overall. Super light and i cpuldve easily eaten one more roll of this 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I think both had simillar fillings?? But thye had completely diff tastes and textures. Will 1000% be back!! This was really TOO GOOD.

Food was great. Amazing work to make Japanese cuisine available to Vegetarians and Vegans. Taste really good . Adeline attended to me and made sure I feel comfortable as I was alone. I was very happy with her recommendations. The "Salmon" Salad and Tempura Shiso. Amazing service. She also made effort to check on me. Grateful 🥰
