Small take out pizza joint, with a couple of tables. Don't expect a fast food restaurant service but do come here for pizza. Their main business is delivery. Which means their pizzas are always very fresh if you are eating in.

tl;dr don't make an online order from this branch. Ordered at 1115AM, expected delivery at 1145AM. Called customer support at 12 and they mentioned I'd have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. Called again at 1245PM, told the same 30-45 minutes. I believe we'll have pizza for dinner at this rate.

Deliver more than 1 hr late with no accountability could not reach them after calling multiple times. I am extremely disappointed by their service they promised 20:05 deliver it is now 21:20 and nobody is picking up our call. 👎👎👎please avoid this bad service provider and don't get scammed!!!!!

A very quiet & quaint place to sit down for a pizza. Wasn't crowded at all at 1.30pm, leaving me & my son to enjoy the meal by ourselves in the mini restaurant. Service is fast and pizzas sent are piping hot and cheesy. Place has a clean unisex toilet that has a water spray installed. Customers needing to use a toilet don't have to look far.

Very bad experiences with Domino in the past one month. When I ordered for the first time via app, a lady called me to say need to wait for four hours and I had to cancel it eventually. They gave me a voucher to make up for it, so I ordered the second time. Ordered at 645pm and was told to wait until 930pm because they have overwhelming orders. I had to call in to the specific outlet to find out latest status of my order as the app is not too informative. Would urge the management to solve their order management issues promptly!

Made pickup order via Domino's website around 1pm for pick up at 5.45pm. Arrived on time for pick up but was told to come back 1hr later. What's the point of indicating pick up time when it is impossible for the outlet to fulfill it? All but empty promises. This reflects extremely poorly on the outlet because the system has failed them.

Order at grab arnd 645pm. Up till 830pm still haven't received the pizzas. Please.. please.. please DO NOT ORDER USING APPS, AS IT'LL TAKE 7 DAYS TO GET YOUR REFUND. If there's no stars surely i'll opt for No Star.

Never get food from delivery and no one gets customers service calls in 30mins and we paid $57.25 and never see any delivery comes but the grab show up at my delivery done and I can’t not understand why they always doing this last time I lost $38 on grab delivery and this time I got same thing happened and the restaurant no one customer service working in there I think I have to call the police because it’s robbing crime

Ordered on website, then 2.5 hrs, no one deliver. Website only got a rating and hotline. Hotline is just a record telling you to visit website. Stunning service.

WAITED 2 HOURS FOR PIZZA DELIVERY AND CAME DOWN TO THE STORE BECAUSE THEY DON'T PICK UP CALLS. DELIVERY FEES WERE NOT WAIVED, STAFFS WERE NOT PLEASANT.

i ordered at 6.46pm and now it's 11.47pm and no food in sight. it says delivered on the app but i did not receive anything. phone ringing but nobody picks up. called my bank to cancel the transaction but it's not even possible. ruined my NYE and its too late to even order any other food now. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. $40 WASTED

I made an order on New Year Eve in the afternoon for 7pm delivery. I understand that due to high volume of orders, my order might be slightly delayed. But my family waited till 2am, there was still no sight of my order and I couldn't get through the hotline of the Paya Lebar outlet. This level of service is unacceptable. Please look into this matter as nobody should experience this ever.

Delivery ordered from 1910hrs, 7/1/2024 until now haven't arrived yet. No courtesy to call up customer to update for late delivery. 2320hrs my pizzas haven't delivery yet. We are still waiting. Arrived at 2343hrs. Domino Boss well done and good job, yours employees going make you gulung tikar soon.

Such a lousy experience with this branch. Order via grabfood at 6:58pm 31/11/2023 and estimated delivery time was 7:58pm. Driver called at 11.30pm for food delivery. I was already out and had my dinner. Paya Lebar to address in Aljunied need 4 and a half hours to deliver ? Ridiculous Grab Food ID : GF-337. Already email you at domino's address.

Domino’s Pizza is totally rubbish! Have order online twice but never get the pizza delivered and we have call many times but no respond at all! If your restaurant are always overwhelmed order, please just closed the online order and ppl will not order. After order, we waited from afternoon till midnight and there were no pizza deliver. It’s wasting people time
