Not too sure why this place has such bad reviews. The food genuinely tastes good and delivery is prompt and served hot. Pretty affordable too! The breadsticks are a must try! I do have one recommendation, however: dominos should start serving the "cheese bowl" cheese as a separate dip to buy. The cheese in that dish tastes really amazing with the garlicbread and I wish I didnt have to purchase a whole new dough-bowl for just that. The pizza is quite decent. Unlike a lot of chains, and even fancy places in sg, they do not make their sauce to sweet/spicy and I find it rather balanced. Must try : Breadsticks, cheese bowlcano

Honestly I'm appalled by the negative review. I feel that the team was great today when I drop by even though there was busy ... The food was warmly prepared and nice to watch the guy making the pizza live he was wearing black friendly and helpful. I did not get their names but the guy in red serve me and taught me how to order online. This feedback is for them hopefully they continue serving the same way. Thank uu.

Order at your own risk ⚠️ Ordered 2 regular pizzas at 6.57pm (estimated time arrival stated before 7.30pm) 7.30pm, status of order, still in oven 7.45pm, status of order, still in oven 8.00pm, status of order, still in oven 8.05pm, status of order, out for delivery (FINALLY RIGHT??) 8.06pm, status of delivery, marked as completed (went to open the door to check and see NOTHING, not even a single soul) 8.30pm, STILL NOTHING AND ITS JUST 2 PIECES OF REGULAR PIZZAS At this point of time, made more than 10 calls to the store and not even 1 call was picked up. A few occasion where the line was busy and couldn’t call through. Husband went to the store and store assistant just said that it’s on the way….. ON THE WAY TO WHERE? JOHOR??? Joke of the day, was asked to leave feedback on my order for late delivery to request for cancellation. Seriously leh, I ordered this for my 2 kids and now at 8.38pm still no pizza. Have to find alternative solutions because pizza is still on the way to nowhere. Ate dominos elsewhere and even in Indonesia, not as poor as this level of this service.

I've ordered from Domino's Holland a few times, and I just wanted to give a special shout-out to WAN for always providing such amazing service. Every time I visit, WAN is friendly, approachable with a genuine smile. It's the kind of service that make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Even when the store is busy, WAN stays calm, patient, and makes sure every order is handled properly. It's clear that WAN truly cares about both the customer and the quality of service. Small gestures like being polite, helpful, and attentive really make a big difference. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so I believe great employees deserve to be recognized. Thank you WAN, for consistently going extra mile and making every visit a pleasant one. Because of service like yours, I'll definitely keep coming back to Domino's Holland. Keep up the fantastic work WAN coz you've earned every bit of this 5 star review.

I paid for a pepperoni pizza, not a plain cheese with a few sad, scattered scraps thrown on as an afterthought. This isn’t even about high expectations, If you’re advertising pepperoni, at least have the decency to actually put some on. What I received was lazy, careless, and honestly a complete waste of money. If this is the level of quality control, I seriously don’t now how orders are being handled. Definitely one of the most disappointing dominos experiences I’ve had.
