I ordered a pizza 🍕 but the cashier never heard or paid attention to my words of what I wanted to order. He key in another order, which he thinks may be that's my order. I lost my grab on that night 🌙 and I need to wait for another 15 min again, but he never apologises either. He just asked me if my order is the same flavoured. For customers who want to buy dominos, it's very convenient if u are in a car they have a parking space somewhere nearby. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible. The space inside is not so big, but if u want to eat, you may do so. They have a table for you to dine.

I made an order and made payment via paynow. Paynow txn went thru but received NO CONFIRMATION PAGE. Tried calling hotline and waited an hour and a half and "all their experts were busy". Emailed too and no reply. My order also did not arrived. Please t! ell me how to refund

At the time of writing, I have been waiting for my order for over 1.5hrs and the status had just changed from Preparing to Baking stage, according to the GPS tracker. Still waiting for Quality Check before Out for Delivery. The Dominos' Hotline is unmanned - was on-hold for 20mins until I gave up. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a Dominos outlet (Rivervale Plaza). Dinner is becoming supper.

So so. Perhaps 2 is more appropriate. Cheese hardens so fast and the bread is also nearly as good a protection as captain America shield, that you really need good strong gums to have the pizza.

Ordered at 542PM, till now there’s still no food arriving at our house. It’s been 3 hours. I’m going out to eat, please issue a refund and you can dabao your own pizza back to your boss for him party at his house instead of ours. Placed an order in advance at 1:12pm and received a order confirmation to deliver at 7pm. Waited for almost 2 hours but no notification in system to show as late delivery or whatsoever. Called the store but was engaged. Had to went down to the store myself and cancel order and get a refund.

Went to order a pizza at 830pm, there was only 1 table occupied. But upon telling the staff that i wanted to order, the staff named aizat told me i had to wait for 2 hours as there was one delivery order before me. Clearly she did that coz they were lazy to prepare new orders.

I ordered at 7.15PM (29 Sept 2023). Till now there’s still no food arriving at our house. It’s been 4 hours. The hotline is forever engaged. Our family is not going to order from this branch again. I’m going to cook my own fast food instead, please issue a refund! You better issue a refund to me, I’m not accepting your pizza.

We ordered 4 large pizzas on app almost 2 hours ago, it still says your pizza being made. We tried to reach on phone, no answers, thanks for terrible service!!! My guests were not served anything and who will eat all 4 large pizzas after they leave??? I want my refund back. This is absurd. If you cant commit to orders, please do not accept orders!!!!

Last National Day 2022, delivery came 90mins late, was hoping this year can improve as they promised to. And I made my order 22 hours before (1 day advance) for delivery at 6pm 9 Aug. At 8pm, I received a call from Domino asking me to either wait another 1.5 hours (9.30pm) or cancel order. I was speechless!!! Ordered Macdonald immediately, 5 of us were eating burgers in 45 mins. Domino screwed up my National Day twice, not give you another chance. And don’t reply me telling me that you genuinely appreciate my feedback and I should write you an email to repeat my horrible experience because I have already written that email yesterday. Saw an auto reply this morning that I will be contacted soon…. Waiting to be contacted and my refund. Funny enough Domino sent a SMS this morning saying sorry for the late delivery and giving me a free regular pizza….but I should not be entitled to the free pizza because no delivery took place.

I did not dine in so i cannot tell you the whole experience. But just from collecting my food i can say that the place was not crowded even thought it only had 3 to 5 seats in the whole shop. Overall the from my take out experience was fast and easy so i am going to give 5 stars for everything

Fast & efficient. The food taste better than normal however minimal dine in table. Atmosphere is good. They have transparent glass for customer to see how they make pizza. Power!

Terrible service, ordered 1 for 1 regular pizza and didn’t receive any updates or food after 2 hours of waiting. Had to contact grab support just to cancel the order. Called the Rivervale Community Club outlet multiple times and nobody bothered picking up. Awful way to spend my Christmas trusting this place, will make sure to take note and share to others to not order from this outlet ever.

Service is ultra slow, only one staff to handle take aways and she is taking her own sweet time whilst the 472837 customers are waiting for their order. Perhaps they need to consider getting people who can work instead of those at the stall currently. Worse dominos ive been to. Staff are not even apologetic for making customers wait.

My husband made an advanced order for pizzas for a get together at our place. It was supposed to arrive at 7.15pm. It did not arrive until 8pm. Why keep the option to deliver at specific times when it is not going to be delivered? The pizza arrived cold, not even cut properly. I have never experienced such late delivery from any other stores. I tried to call this outlet and it was cutting for 10 minutes and when it finally went through, no one answered. If there is no service why bother operating? If you want to keep your guests hungry, place an order here.

All, please do not order from this store, even for earlier order there is no update, the store not even answering the calls. Pizza prepared for 8pm delivery & delivered 30 mins delay which is not in eatable temperature, online tracker is another useless system shows the rider with store for 15 mins, Its become regular practice for them to through free regular pizza for delay. From now am not picking Domino's anymore.

Order their Cheese Volcano Hawaiian Paradise set at 6pm. To my surprise 8pm I still haven't receive my pizza. With an upset feeling I ride to the branch to find out what is the issue and where went wrong. They told me that my order was not reflected in their system but went I gave my phone number to them, they manage to get my order. More surprise is, I am not the only one to ride/drive there to check on the orders. Not sure if the Domino's online order system got issue or other wise. In the end it was self pick-up with chicken wings compensated as delivery fees.

Ordered via grab delivery in the evening and kept delaying till 12am. No communications made from the delivery person and was eventually charged at 5am even though food was not delivered. Made a complaint and response was slow, but eventually got them to submit the request for refund. Also, no compensation made for the inconvenience caused. Very terrible

Terrible services, ordered through grab and waiting for an hour to no avail. Tried to contact the restaurant to get updates on the order, but nobody was picking. Then, I noticed the large negative reviews on their poor delivery and services. Totally regretted not checking out the restaurant ratings before ordering through grab. Apparently, every reply they gave is only lip service, asking reviewers to contact them via email, but seeing from the reviews recently seems like zero improvements. Totally disgusted with their services, it's a wonder they haven't gone under with such a poor management team.

Horrible experience, we ordered for delivery at 630pm but nothing came. When we checked at 7pm, the status was delivered though we received nothing. No one was picking up when we called so many times. When we saw the bad reviews, we decided to drive down and thank god we did. They said they couldnt find a grab driver but I don't understand why it was marked as delivered? In the end, we collected ourselves. Unacceptable, do not accept scheduled orders if you cannot deliver on time.

I had placed an advance order at 4.30pm today and schedule delivery at 6.30pm. The delivery was not here at 6.30pm so I had made calls to Rivervale outlet from 6.30pm to 7.15pm, the phone was not answered despite repeat calls to enquire about my order. We give up and decide to get food from elsewhere as we not sure what is going on. What wrong with this outlet!? The order did not arrive on time! As there are kids who were hungry, we had no choice but to get food from elsewhere. When the delivery was here 8plus (happen to open my doors), the food was just left hanging at our doorknob unknowingly, there is no courtesy at all to at least ring the doorbell to alert you. I was surprised to see the whole bag of pizza just hanging at my door knob! Please stay away from this outlet and Domino’s service was the worst and most terrible delivery experience we have ever come across.

What an experience today when I was ordering a regular pizza set at this branch @2045hrs. There were 2 female staff standing about 3 metres away from the ordering counter. For about 20 seconds, I was standing there until one of them asked me if I am ordering, and I said yes. I was expecting that one of them would walk towards the counter and take my order. I waited another 20 sec, and it was a surprise that they remained in their position, expecting me to raise my voice to put in my order at a distance. When i questioned them about their poor service , this particular staff, Ain Noor Adlin, was so giggling and told me to start ordering and claimed that she could hear my order from her location. I told her I had to raise my voice to order when she was far away from the counter, and i needed some advice. When I ask for her name, she just walks straight to the kitchen. This type of lousy service can come from a reputable company, Domino Pizza, which I didn't expect it to be. Fortunately, there were two male staff walk out to salvage the situation, apologetic for the poor service. This female staff, Ain Noor Adlin, is action and behaviour is really a shame to the service sector. She needs to be penalised for her action. However, these 2 male staff, Sharil and Logeswaren, deserve recognition for their excellent service. I would appreciate it if the management of Domino could follow up with action against those poor service staff and reward those who well deserve their excellent service.

If you place an online order, their delivery time is a frustrating two hours. And if you try calling the store, nobody bothers to answer, leaving you in the dark about whether or not your order will be delivered. This is the absolute worst service imaginable. I will give zero rating to this store
