I hope the staff really went through the proper course/training. Pizza seem to be undercook. The cheese not totally melted and they are playing around smiling around. Not targeting any but as a pizza lover who eats often and stay near this outlet, hope owner can review and upkeep the standard.

Ordered at 6.38pm, totally MIA and now 9.15pm then out for delivery. Call engaged/not picking up. Cannot contact at all about the status of the delivery. Poorest delivery standard I have ever encounter. Delays are common but uncontactable is totally unacceptable. When it finally got through more than 2 hours later the answer they give is "You are not the only one waiting". With this kind of service and attitude, better don't bother to order from this branch, hopefully this does not extend to other branches. Domino's double check your hiring standards. Oh and there is no form of apologies or compensation. Well done Domino's. The last sentence is sarcasm by the way.

Ordered through foodpanda ..food taste ok but it is a real scam. Paid about $23 (no delivery fee) for a mac&cheese and my box (pepperoni) and its not worth it at all. Especially the mac&cheese which is probably half of what you would expect for the portion. Just go for pizzahut or even Saizeriya is better (its also cheaper and taste the same or even better).

This has got to be the best Domino’s in Singapore. Firstly, they are generous with the ingredients compared to other dominos that seem to lack the basic amount of ingredients. We ordered a personal pan each. The pizza presentation is great, the pizza tastes yummy, the staff are friendly and the sitting area is very clean. Highly recommended! Pro tip for Easties: Don’t bother ordering from the Tampines JTC branch. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, the Pepperoni and mushroom was literally 1 per slice for each ingredient and it was ready 30 mins ago and wasn’t sent out till we called 1 hour later wondering what was going on. We got a standard dominos voucher for their late delivery but will never order from there again. We realised that the person making the pizza was the chef, the salesperson and the driver hence we can understand the standard - hire more hands or just close it down.

Disappointing experience with the Domino's Pizza branch at 2 Rivervale Close #01-02. I ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas and crispy fries online, but when I received my delivery, the crispy fries were missing. I tried calling the branch to report the issue, but my call was cut off. Not a great experience, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying your food.
