A very bad experience handling by this staff Hidaya. I have ordered buy 1 free 1 pizza but was found missing one item. Called to check if they can follow up for this? The answer is NO and mentioned that should go contact Grab Food either refund or go get an item from the shop. I don't care who going to follow up, but itself mistake by the shop. Hidaya never bear the responsibility and put a blame to grab food. Such a ridiculous! I will complain to headquarters and require an explanation as well. At here, I hope the management from teluk blangah branch could look into this and give me a reply! Thanks

Review is a warning to all future customers. I don't normally do this but I felt like this review had to be posted more to protect yourself as a customer. Let me start by saying that I ordered this at about 1:50pm on the Foodpanda app. I get a call literally a minute later from the branch saying that "there were no riders and that they would refund my order and it would take 5-7 business days." I naively believed him and didn't even realize till days later that they marked the order as delivered in the Foodpanda app. I give it about 15 days as I had been traveling and didn't receive a refund that I didn't receive my refund so I give the branch a call. Someone answers and takes my name and order number, and says that I'll get my refund in 5 days. I ask for the employees name who is taking the call and they hang up on me. I call back and he hangs up on me again. I wait till the full 5 days and decide to contact the Foodpanda customer service through their app. They give me a lot of templates answers but in summary it's not their problem and that I need to talk to the Domino's branch. I again call the Domino's branch and after telling them that I'd like to speak to a manager, he again hangs up on me. So I bring it back to the Foodpanda app telling them what has happened and that the branch is hanging up on me and they tell me because it's past 24 hours of delivery that they can't do anything. I try to call the dominoes branch again and it looks like they have blacklisted my number as they don't even answer my calls anymore. I've also emailed this on the corporate website and of course it's radio silent. So if you managed to read through this, please be careful and don't make the same mistakes I made!

Ordered for Pickup via Foodpanda. Food was ready for collection on time, the outlet was clean and staff were friendly. Good experience :)

This is a brand I usually never go to, but I was nearby and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I watched Chef Antonio craft the dough with so much care and attention — it was refreshing to see that level of pride in the work. Hidayah served me quickly and efficiently, while Noriedy, together with them, ran the operation flawlessly as a tight trio. It was genuinely beautiful to witness great team spirit in action. The pizza was freshly prepared to order and tasted really yummy. If you’re around the corner, I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
