I moved from the east coast to Tengah about 9 months ago. This Domino's Pizza location at Jurong East is a 15-minute bus ride from my new home. I have ordered for pick-up on 3 occasions in recent months, but I've always ate the pizzas on-site. The pizzas are good and I've no complaints about the service. However it can get crowded during the usual mealtimes over the weekends, so just ensure that you avoid ordering and/or collecting during the 5-7pm dining period.

Would give zero stars if I can.. state that order has been delivered at 11.08am it is already 12.17 still nothing... call the outlet they say system error that is why it states delivered... wait awhile more... best of all after using different numbers to call back number is unavailable.. most likely plug the line off... what kind of attitude and service is this.... delay in delivery is acceptable... but lying to ur customers without checking with the driver and being rude is something that is really unacceptable... who is the service staff that is working at 10 May 26 11-12... it's the same lady who picked up the phone and hung up.. I would like to complain that lady.... Dominoes continue to disappoint again despite different outlets still the same disappointing experience, service.. it is already the 3rd time they failed to deliver or even update their customers... always say system error... I didn't know system error can also affect the staff to be rude and also plug off the line... I do not blame the delivery man I know they are always packed... we just want to know the time of delivery even if it is late or maybe the delivery man delivered wrongly... but instead we get the best of service... well done

Do not order from this outlet at all!! Was informed that delivery rider was out for delivery at 6.15pm but food only arrived at 7.45pm and was completely cold. Obviously rider went to do some personal errands because no way the food coild have went cold from shop to my house. No accountability at all. Avoid this outlet

Order no - 0681bca0-e17e-11f0-a46a-8ff41bdc83e4 Ordered Romano Margherita but we were delivered Beef Pepperoni Pizza. We like to get half of the money paid to be returned. Kindly dont send the voucher. Jurong East outlet keeps making this mistake again and again. They should be all fired. They dont even pick up phone. Called 20 times. The outlet was along my way home so dropped by. The staff told me to order online to pickups. There wasn't any walkin order or dine-in. Would be nice if they had. There's empty space outside for tables & Chairs. Saw two staffs. Got the order in abt 15mins. The website shows the live status of the pizza I ordered. The pizza looked more like thin crust pizza than new york crust pizza. Should have sticked to the regular crust. Taste was so-so.
