Good outlet. Manager Joseph was kind and helpful. Pizza was delicious and cheesy. Only 2 person seating available. Overall great service. Looking forward to come again.

ordered delivery. came in horrible conditions. the box was wet from condensation. soaking wet. pizza smashed and soggy. stuck to the cover of the box. see photo and judge for yourself

Nice and friendly restaurant. The dining area is very small, since there are only 2 dining tables. Most customers order delivery or takeout. I went for eat-in, and the service was relatively fast. The pizza tasted very good, but the cheese onion rings were so-so. I cannot blame this branch, but the pricing scheme is designed to constantly have promotions. Because without any promotion, the regular price of a pizza is quite expensive. I suggest to always order with a promotion.

1. Ordered at 5:21pm and should arrive at 6.45pm .Called customer service 8pm and said that order will arrive at 9:30pm but in the end arrived at 10:10pm . 2. Kids happy open the box and all pizza was cold . 3. The drinks are 1 bottle 1.5l green tea and 2 bottles 1.5l coke . The green tea is correct but the coke become 4 cans of 320ml coke .

Such poor service needed to wait for an hour for food and it is cold food. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me. The pizza is overpriced too! Worst experienced ever!

Order made, payment done and yet keep waiting but no delivery at all. Email confirmation of order received try call to the store, no one pick up phone calls until physically visit to the store only realize it is under renovations.

I ordered two pizzas around 6:30 pm and waited for 3 hours to receive my order. My house is literally the other side of the road from them. When I ordered 6:30 pm and seeing that I have not yet received the order, I contacted grab asking where my order was, and they waisted my time for 45 minutes without being any help. I phoned Domino's without any luck and when contacted the Grab customer service what they did was, they gave me their contact number to phone, the very phone number that Domino's did not answer. Around 9:00 pm Domino's called me asking whether I still want my order. Very poor customer services from both Domino's and Grab.

I ordered one pizzas at 6:46 pm and waiting util now still haven't received my order. My house is literally the other side of the road from them. When I ordered around 8 pm and seeing that I have not yet received the order, I contacted shop asking where my order was, and they very rudely say i told you need to wait long time what you want but i already wait around 2 hours what is that service then after this call they totally no answer my phone anymore. Until now 10.37pm Domino's still not called me asking whether I still want my order. Very poor customer services from this Domino's shop. Domino's shop close at 11pm but now I still not received my order and response very very bad service.

Order made, order paid - selected from the app a 18:15 pick up. 19:15 and my order hadn't even been put in the oven. Either your system is messed up or your staff are. Staff have no sense of urgency. And if I videoed the way one of them took food off the oven and boxed it, you'd fail the certification process. You need a new team there and should fire the guy called Thina.

Wow this place really lives up to all the negative reviews because it's true. Pizzas came 30+mins late, it's cold. The pizzas are also super dry, i wonder if there's even any effort from the workers over there to ensure the quality of their food. I'm not a picky eater, but their pizza is just plain bad.

2nd time utterly terrible service. What's the point of an online tracker when you turn up nothing is even cooked? Last time 1 hour wait. This time approx 15minutes but very disappointed. Also asked about the free bottle of coke for pickup my mistake, need to enter the promo code... well no free coke for me but 1 free bad review for them. Not evet ordering again.

My first time ordering and definitely my last. 7:55pm, order placed. As per App notifications, 8:25pm Pizza is in the oven, finally preparing the food? 8:40pm pizza is out from the oven. 9:10pm Pizza is still in the store sitting there for 30mins and not being picked up. Food is definitely gonna turn cold when it reaches me. I called multiple times but not picked up. 9:20pm My call finally got picked up after 10mins and staff gave excuses saying they only have 1 rider and he is coming back to pick up the order soon. But seriously why would anyone want cold pizzas.

Choose Coke for the complimentary drink but left only Sprite. With the space of the restaurant you are lucky if you managed to get a table to dine in. Take note to order the classic hand tossed crust if you want your pizza to be filling. Even the New York Crust is a bit thin so not to mention the crunchy thin crust.

Where’s the 0 star button, because that’s what this fraudulent outlet deserves. Missing item, and refused to do refund. Delivery guy calls back an hour later to say he will deliver the item “later, after another delivery” and refused to provide at least a proper time estimate. How to accept? Called the outlet, and no answer at all. Looking at the reviews here, and I understand why. These people are just charging for orders they can’t be bothered to fulfil. Is Dominos a scam and fraud? Or just this outlet? Don’t bother with the replies to contact their email. They don’t ever respond. It’s all just a facade. The police and CASE should be involved .

Not even worth my review! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH! There are scammer in this restaurant! They accepted my order, payment was made, NO FOODS WERE DELIVERED! I had placed and pre-order of pizzas for my customers one day before the delivery and yet I got nothing! I wrote to Domino, and there’s this Indian worker with phone number 89130266 called explaining they experiencing power failure. He has agreed to do the cancellation and refund. However, I still get charged of $100++ for undelivered foods! Perhaps the phone in the restaurant also experiencing power failure!
