It's a small take out station, so of course there is no sitting area or facility. The pizza is good, vegetarian option available. 50$ should be fine for 2 people to have pizza here.

I have tried this place in the past and was disappointed, but recently they seemed to have upped their game. I as usual take only veggie options, and found the ingredients fresh and flavorful. Great turnaround by this take away store.

Ordered at 5pm, asked to deliver by 6pm... pizza showed up 5:40pm. Smooth online transaction, very impressed with the web interface. Bought 2 XL pizza for $44 deal, top up $7 and $9 respectively for premium upgrade to Extravaganza and Meatasaurus. Both pizza were spot on. Great flavour and excellent thin crust. Meatasaurus a little on the sweet side though. Prefer Extravaganza.

Used the SSGL code for one large pizza and one big bottle of soft drink at $17.90, take note some pizza have surcharge. Takeaway order was ready in 15 min. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience. The thin crust is really thin and crispy. Try the New York crust if you don't want your crust to be too thin. Worth to buy only if you've good coupon codes to use.

Talk about speed. It only takes 20 minutes from order to collect. A total of 3 regular hot pizza + a few sides. Well done.

Ordered for a 6.30pm delivery – it's 9.30pm now and the live tracker shows that the pizza is still being made (one step before being put into the oven). Calling the line yields no result, not that I would have expected it to change anything. I recently left a review on Domino's with a similar experience (not on a National holiday), and I had to wait over 45 minutes for a personal pizza. The issue lies not with the poor staff at Domino's, but the company itself – the system accepts orders regardless of the capacity. This is ridiculous and free pizza as compensation will not cut it. For anyone looking to order Domino's, whether delivery or pick up, look elsewhere. National holiday or not, the only consistent thing is poor fulfilment. This is dishonesty at its worst. I have no issue with the store not being able to fulfil orders beyond capacity. What's dishonest is accepting money and allowing the store to accept additional orders even when they're clearly unable to fulfil them.

Placed the order for 2 regular pizza and choco lava cake at 7:27 pm for dinner. Waited till 8:20 and still online order shows your food is being prepared. Called customer care and they told to call me back with ETA. After waiting for 15 minutes received the call stating my order will take further 40-45 mins. When argued about no mention of 2 hr delivery, instead of apologizing, received the comment that we don't gaurantee 30 min delivery now. In the end had to cancel the order and cook food at home to have dinner past 9 pm. Worst service ever. Can't believe just for baking 2 regular pizza and choco lava cake takes 2 hrs.

Ordered at 7pm at 10pm still shows order being made.. not even cooking. Been over three hours and it’s only at step one, with no indication of how long it will take. Phone can’t get through either.. update: it’s now the next day still no pizza LOL

Terrible experience with the wait - we ordered for 630pm delivery but it’s already 920pm and it still says “food is being prepared”. This is ridiculous and there is no way to reach them (I believe everyone is trying to call them for the same issue too). We will surely seek a refund from Dominos.

Extremely poor! Highly don't recommend to order from the site despite the discount/vouchers that you might have - not worth it at all. Grab is way faster & other pizza options too. It's been 1hr 30 mins, and order is not here just for 2 simple regular pizzas. Contact numbers are engaged / dead end too.

These guys created the website for their developers to login and order pizza. Not for customers. Still unable to login with login methods allowed using my phone (Apple, google, Facebook) FYI. I used to be a regular customer. I have only placed 1 order since you change the website (this using laptop). Btw here is another feedback. pop up disabled on Apple devices by default. Who would make a web application that require pop up knowing that it is going to be disabled.

Ordered via grab but delivery is done by their own guys. No show for 2 hours while my kids are starving. Cancelled but they need your bank account info (when everyone is getting scammed) instead of refunding to your grab/credit card. Get off grab if you can't keep up with the deliveries.

Placed order via Domino's website 7hrs before their last delivery on 11pm on 31 Dec'23. Order was accepted, payment done and received email confirmation on my order. At 11.15pm no sight of the delivery and decided to track my order from the confirmation email. Shocked to see that my order still not prepare yet. Try to call but the contact number given only available on normal office hour. Track again on 11.30pm, saw that my order was preparing. However at 11.45pm when i tracked again, it prompt me to rate their service as delivery has been completed?!!! What!? Payment done, No Pizzas were delivered but ask to rate their service......is this a scam?! What a way to receive 2024.... "Thanks" to Dominos delivery no call and no show, I've to make another pizza order but this time at Canadian Pizza and this time i walked to the outlet n self collected myself. What happened to my payment now, i still haveno clue... No one contacted me n email sent has no reply yet.

Made my order at 7pm and tried calling the outlet from 8:30pm till 12am, yet no one answered the call for the entire night. Order status suddenly showed it is being delivered at 11:44pm and shown as completed shortly afterwards. We waited at the gate but nothing was delivered to us. Domino’s pizza absolutely ruined our new year eve dinner. There was no cancellation & refund of order from the stores despite nothing was being delivered.

Awful ordering system. Ordered at 7pm and the pizzas never arrived, just received a refund notification about 5 hours later. There is no way of contacting them to enquire about the status of your order, and the online tracking system perpetually shows "your order is being made".

My family member placed an order via the Domino's website few days ago. Same as the other reviews, food was not delivered, and yet "domino" prompted us to give a rating. Tried calling up, no answer. Payment was made, food no where to be found. I went to the outlet we ordered, and spoke to the staff. Told that our address was incomplete, so they cancelled our order. Eventually they prepared the food and got it sent to our address. Though we did not have to wait a few hours like others did, still its a hassle.Just a couple hours ago, we realirealize that on that same day this incident happened, Dominoes already made a refund. What do i do next???

Placed an order and waited for 1 hr only to receive a call from the store that they want cancel because of many order (it took them 1 hr to tell that). After getting upset, they said they will prioritise my order). The app does not give estimated delivery time. So, totally at their mercy. The hotline is just a recorded message.
