ordered online via their website at 442pm, scheduled to collect at 630pm. I reached early but I didn’t ask for my order until 632pm because this was the situation of the shop. There were customers and riders waiting inside and outside of the tiny shop, asking for their orders. Overheard some grab riders saying that they were asked to wait 1-2 hours and some have waited for 45mins to 1 hour. Went in to ask for my order, the service crew said that I needed to wait for 1 hour for my food. I was stunned and I asked to switch to delivery because I needed the food but I couldn’t be waiting there for an hour doing nothing. She kept saying she don’t know and I asked for the store manager. The store manager was rude and unprofessional. Just kept asking me to either cancel or wait 1 hour, and said it wasn’t their fault. I asked to switch to delivery and he said it can be more than 1 hour to deliver my food and to which, I was furious. He took no accountability for the delay in the food, no apology but just kept forcing us to either wait for 1 hr or cancel our order. I asked him back if I were to cancel, what are we supposed to eat tonight? Where is the customer service recovery? All the riders also told them, if they cannot take in so many orders, shut down the system! Taking in online orders + 3rd party delivery orders and telling customers that it is not their fault for the delay 😖 Anws thank you to all riders and customers who helped me to pressure the manager because he finally decided to prioritise my order. Definitely not gonna order here anymore 😢 Google reviews are real!!! Bad customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered at about 5pm for scheduled delivery at 6pm. Until now I have not received my order... I guess it will become my supper instead. If cannot meet order time, then shouldn't have accept the order. Order to oven takes 1 hr, still baking in oven for over 40 minutes now as I write. Didn't know to bake 2 pizza needed so long.

Ordered the pizza online for takeaway pickup. Food was prepared very promptly and I was able to pick it up fast. Staff was friendly, place is v clean and overall experience and pizza tastes good! I believe most of the negative reviews are for takeaways on delivery platforms - but at least for my experience it is all good and pizza was good too! Both me and my son enjoyed the pizza thoroughly! 🍕👍🏼😃

Do not order from this store. I placed my order at 8.50 on Foodpanda (which said delivery within 30-40mins). Since I’ve had a bad experience with Dominos in the past I called them to check on the delivery time at around 9.10 to which an extremely rude agent answered the phone and said it will take 2 hours for delivery) I asked to cancel the order as I couldn’t wait. They wanted my bank account number for the refund. I refused to give it as I ordered it off Foodpanda and I should get the refund through them. She then went on to say she will cancel the order and I will not get a refund. I hung up. Tried contacting Foodpanda, to which they have agents replying giving me generic responses. (Saying they cannot cancel the order) 3 hours later, no pizza, no cancellation, no refund. Reached out to Foodpanda again and another automated agent responded saying the order is cancelled and a refund is processed. (It didn’t come to my payment original method but in Pandapoints) this is an utter scam by Dominos and Foodpanda. I will raise a police case regardless against Dominos and Foodpanda. (Have recorded the call and screenshot all messages)

Worst experience ever. Ordered around 7:30 pm for dinner through their own App and the Dominos rider delivered around 9.30 pm. After 2 hours.!!! With super cool Dominos pizza. Total waste of money. Next time I will order at lunch time if I need to eat pizza for dinner. (Just kidding. Will never go for Dominos ever)
