Order at 5pm. Request delivery at 7.15PM. At 8.30pm order still preparing. Try calling the outlet for status, the phone line just always busy. My first and last time ordering Domino. Updates, at 10.15pm, they call and ask if i still want the pizza!! Great job domino

Pizza ordered at 6pm on National Day, not delivered even on the next morning but you say that it's been delivered. Have already emailed you on customer care but no response yet. PLEASE REFUND!

9 Aug Would have given zero star if possible. Like what the others mentioned. I ordered at 7.04pm, it is 10.22pm now and I have yet to be able to get through the helpline to cancel my order. Been waiting for 3 hours, horrible service and delivery timeline. Domino’s please get back to me, I demand a full refund. This is unacceptable. Update: (9 Aug after 12am) It is now 12.11am, 5 hours after I placed an order. Have yet to receive any pizzas but card is charged the full amount already and status changed to delivered?? Domino’s… is this your way of doing business? And yes I’ve sent emails to your email address, please take a look, and am looking forward to you holding to your “30min delivery time” and “if unsatisfactory, a refund” Update: (10 Aug, the next day) Still did not receive any pizzas yet domino’s charged the full amount and insisted that it was a “late delivery” and tried to rectify with a “free regular pizza”?? Customer service line still cannot be called through.

I placed an order at 7.30pm and it is now 1am. Told me eta was 11.49pm yet no pizza delivered and my status changed to rate your order. I understand that there may be overwhelming orders due to national day but if you can't fulfill the orders at least stop people from ordering or give them a refund. Update: Went to the store on 11 Aug and they told me they had alot of orders on that day and had cancelled many orders. Though the website stated payment went through it was in fact cancelled. So they will refund back the money in a week's time

Pizza took more than 1.5 hours to deliver, on an off peak hour. It was impossible to call into the hotline, but messenger and email response was pretty quick. Delivery staff was friendly and helpful. But I went to read on Grab's reviews and many faced the same issue over the past week. Dominoes have offered me vouchers for free pizza, but I'm definitely hesitant to order from them in future.

Like everyone said, this store must be closed, 25$ for a small pizza that tastes plastic. One hour of waiting in an off peak time and when you come back to the store they haven't started your pizza. You have to wait when they said to you that you need to pick up your order in one hour. When you are coming in the store, no one cares about you and they are talking to each other. Avoid this scam please and close it !

Giving one star just because there is no option to rate 0! We had exact same experience as many people here. We’ve been waiting 3 hours for the pizzas, unable to contact the customer service / branch via phone. After 3 hours, when we finally got the order, the pizzas were cold and dough was wet and chewy. Never again 🤦🏻‍♀️

I advise everybody to avoid this restaurant. I placed the order at 19:25pm. I checked the order status at 20:50pm and it was still preparing. I called them but the phone was always busy as previous customer stated. I had to check reviews before ordering( Never again

I ordered 2 XL pizzas from this Domino's for delivery at 6pm on a Saturday night. I included special instructions to deliver the pizza to the BBQ pit instead of to my place. Pizza was delivered in under 40 minutes and sent straight to the BBQ pit without question. Thanks delivery guy! Only giving 4 stars because pizza taste was not ultimately not the best.

It’s been 2 hours since I placed my order and the website still shows that my “order is being made”. Now, if you’re in the same boat as me, I’ll be the bearer of bad news -your order isn’t coming mate. No one will answer your phone call and even you do get through they will simply hang up on you. The reviews here have come too little too late. Word of advice, I will either order from elsewhere or walk to your nearest FairPrice to pick up a frozen pizza. 0 stars. Update on original post: My above review is slightly inaccurate. There was an attempt to deliver the pizza at around 10pm, some 3 hours later. As I had already bought, cooked and eaten my frozen pizza in that time, I asked for the order to be cancelled and asked for a refund. I was told that the refund will be made in a week’s time, here’s hoping that they will at least deliver that on time.

31 dec 2023 ordered through website at 7.46pm. After waiting for 2 hours still no pizzas were delivered. Called again at 9.24pm, they said we have to wait for another 2 hours because its overwhelming. Tried calling again at 10.25pm to confirm and they said our pizza will be delivered in 1 1/2 hour. Suddenly at 11.15pm the tracker says the pizza was delivered but we didn't receive any call from the rider. So, we call again to ask why does the tracker put delivered when we didn't receive the pizza. The staff said we asked to cancel in the previous call when we didn't say anything at all. Its quite ridiculous needing to wait for the pizza for 5 hours. Finally received our pizza at 12.10am. I understand that there may be overwhelming orders due to new year but if can't fulfill atleast stop people from ordering and not anyhow say we cancelled the order because we already PAID for it.

horrible. ordered delivery and waited for more than 1hr at home but no pizza came. we then went down to the store and checked on the order but the staff insisted that had been delivered out. after asking them multiple times to check and finally asking for a refund, they found our pizza at their store and said that the rider had brought it back EVEN THOUGH we were at home this whole time. it’s ok if they made a mistake and admitted but i cannot tolerate lying. never coming here again.

Tried a total of 3 times, not worth another try again for this branch. Ever since my address got assigned to sims ave branch, the service dropped to rock bottom. 1st try - Delayed more than 2 hours with live tracking non responsive. Called to check on order, the lady on the line said they were very busy throughout. Domino's system should be able to indicate long waiting times before ordering to give customers a heads up. I've seen it before for other branches. End up have to refund the order and grabfood from elsewhere. 2nd try - Delivered between 45 mins to 1hr. Slower than expected but manageable. 3rd try - 30 mins and the live tracking was non responsive again. Decided to call earlier, lady on the line repeated the same busy story again. Promised to deliver the order in another 30 mins. Within 5 mins, I saw the live tracking progressing with the order. Busy or forgot about the order I'm not too sure. Order came 45 mins later instead of the promised 30 mins. Conclusion: Can try ordering if you're not hungry and willing to risk waiting more than an hour. To dominos: Instead of the template reply, perhaps spend more effort to resolve the cause of unsatisfactory reviews from as far back as 6 months ago. You don't need an email to solve this, you need to review your operations for the whole branch.
