1st time trying and ordering for my girl’s birthday party. I was very please with their service and of course not disappointed with their food. Delivery was on time and food came warm, presentation was perfect and everyone enjoyed the pizza from young to old.. Gd job Domino!

RUDE. very rude workers with very poor attitude. Disappointed. if you want to enjoy your pizza well, Don't come here!! Food? It's like jail food. Toppings legit falling off from a very thin crust. Pizza cut into Uneven portions. Horrible

I have ordered today at 7pm it’s 9pm now and I have no updates on the order. Tried calling the sumang outlet number but engaged there is no other way to reach the outlet. Please call me back asap my order is 939ca5be-2ddf-48c4-b98b-ad47c1f9c35. I want to ask to cancel this order. Update it’s 10pm and food is still not here. I am heading out to eat. I ordered at 6.30pm just now from the Grab app and up till now our food has not been delivered BUT the funny thing is my grabpaylater has been deducted the total amount. Luckily , I ordered mcdonalds instead for our dinner. It has been 6 hours plus of waiting for our food to come , that is absolutely ridiculous. Plus no food came but money deducted. That is totally unfair ! I could not even cancel the order from the grab app. I wonder why is it so. If you guys cant handle too much orders , please have some courtesy to not take in all the order or just cancel all the incoming orders. So at least we customers know and we can order other foods instead of waiting like one gundu. Whatever it is I have reported this to grab app. Please refund my money and wont be ordering here again !

The new mentaiko pizza is delectable. I have ordered 1 chicken and 1 prawn regular sized pizzas. Both taste good. The prawns are succulent, and the bonito flakes and mentaiko sauce enhance the flavour. The service is exceptional. The staff at the counter taught me how to best make use of the promo vouchers while I waited for my pick up.

Seems like there is some communications in their management. Bought 2 extra large pizza around 3:30pm but was told that there was no plastic bag in their store. Only left small plastic bag. My wife have to as for one to put the add-on in the small plastic bag. Service standards quite poor

They gave us 6 potato wedges for our side, an employee refused to give us plastic bag because there was "no more". Then a second later another employee gave us a plastic bag... The employees were kinda rude but maybe it was a busy day. The food was average, there's very little but inflation is crazy nowadays so it's understandable (?). The location itself looked okay. Would come again for a quick lunch.

I have never felt the need to leave a negative review as I understand that it is not easy working in FnB, however this was my worst delivery experience I have ever experienced and honestly if I could I would give it zero stars. Placed an order at around 6.30pm, it is now around 8.50pm, and there is no sign of our food, my whole family has been waiting to eat for a couple of hours by now and therefore I dropped the store a call, which they ignored multiple times before picking up. Here’s where it gets absolutely ridiculous, the employee informed me that they have not begun making our food and our expected delivery time will be 4 hours later WHICH WOULD BE 2AM !!!! (so much for their 30min delivery guarantee) Without even asking whether I would like to proceed or cancel my order, the employee went ahead and cancelled my order claiming that ‘it would be better for me’. I believe that the store could have handled this a lot better. If you were overwhelmed with orders to begin with, at least communicate this longer waiting time to customers when we order or the least they could have done is cancelled our order earlier if they knew that they were unable to deliver. I would never again order from dominos and I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Ordered this on March 10th (Sunday = Eat Pizza Day) and got 4 regular pizza for $28 via self-pick up. There was a crazy amount of orders and the staffs making the pizza were hard at work! We checked the time required (1 hour) and came back within that stimulated timing and got our pizzas nice and hot.

We order the volcano hawaiian pizza with onion rings. We love the food. The staff also manages our expectations by informing beforehand that due to orders longer waiting time is to be expected. We were happy that the food arrived earlier than expected. We want to commend the staff tolling away while we enjoy the piping hot pizza from the comfort of our home.

Can someone pls get back to me or pick up the store phone?? I seldom leave bad reviews but this is not the first time that I ordered from Domino's and after 1.5hrs, there's still no update of status. The previous time waited for more than 2.5hrs only to have store callback at almost 9pm to tell me they have backlog orders since 4pm. N to have my order cancelled. If the store is incapable to accept orders, then pls close off the online ordering. Instead of collecting payments n letting orders go limbo. This is not the first time and I regretted giving Domino chances. It's been 1.5hrs now since I ordered at 630pm. Can someone at least contact me if my order needs to be cancelled? Domino is unreliable and ridiculous!!!!
