We order on a non-PH Monday, it was for a birthday but we were utterly disappointed. We waited from 7pm to 9pm and the status never once changed. It was stuck at "Your order is being made" for 2 long hours. Within that period, we tried calling the only domino number at 62226333, no one picked up. Only after 9pm, someone answered the call and they told us that they are short on staff, we asked for a refund, but it will take 7 working days to process. Nevertheless we rather a refund than waiting any longer. "Domino's Pizza guarantees that you will get your pizza at your door step within 30 minutes after ordering." If the store is short-handed or unable to delivery, then maybe set a quota? I do not think a free regular pizza upon next purchase is enough to even compensate for ruining a special day, let alone for us to order from Domino in future.

Ordered through the app for delivery for my kids at home. The order was never process after waiting for almost 2 hours. Calledthe number for their customer expert was never answered. Went to the store to check. If during peak hours, the store unable to handle the orders, the app should not process the order and made us wait for no pizza.

Worst ever experience. Can you just close the outlet if you do not want to serve the customers on time. Atleast pick up the call to inform delay or there should be an option for refund and cancel. There is none of this. So bad reputation of Domino’s.

DO NOT ORDER ON PEAK AND PH. BE PREPARE TO EAT FOR SUPPER IF U ORDER FOR DINNER. On 9/Aug, we ordered our pizza at 4pm for 6pm pick up. Went to the outlet, BUT all the staff were hiding inside the kitchen, nobody dared to stand at the counter! Waited until 8.30pm BUT NOBODY WAS PREPARING OUR ORDERS AT ALL!!! Held on to that small faith we will eventually get our order done BUT we were so wrong. We asked gave 1 of the staff our order no., staff said no nothing has been cooked/prepared. We cancelled after a 2.5hrs wait!!! Look at all the customers crowding at the counter, hoping some staff can help advice on the estimated waiting time or JUST BE BRUTALLY HONEST, "Guys we will NOT be cooking anything, just cancel your orders." The entire process, the system, the manpower..Dominos really CANNOT MAKE IT. No more Dominos for us.

Waited more than an hour, no updates. No one responds to the hotline too. As good as not having one if no one is going to pick up. Wish I saw the other reviews before ordering. At this point if you’re so severely understaffed the branch should be closed lol

I ordered one day in advance for a 9 Aug delivery at 530pm. Only at 9+ pm was I given a call to ask if I still wanted the order (no). For a $56 order that got messed up to that degree, I got ONE free regular pizza. It is now 21 Aug, and the refund for the order is still not in. What's worse, I ordered again today and.... they're late. Again. I need to remind myself again and again why I prefer the other hut-based pizza business!

Ordered at 5pm plus. And it's currently 8.16pm. Almost 3 hours plus and order still not delivered through Grab. Hotline also disengaged. If cannot commit to too much order, kindly close off your grab merchant store when it's peak hours. Simple logic. Didn't even call to apologize.

Honestly such a bad experience with Domino’s I ordered on the grab app but also talked to many people who ordered via the Domino app. So many bikes outside but end up all the riders are inside the kitchen for what?? Not the first time we had such horrible experience with them. The guy who “helped” us said “just call and complain they very scared one so will give you voucher”. Honestly, does it help with anything? If the order can’t be prepared, just cancel the order on your side? Why do people waiting for 2-3 hours have to head down to your store to ask you guys what’s the problem. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BE IT HOLIDAY OR NOT

Worst experience ever. Ordered delivery at 4.30pm yet till 9pm "your order is being made". Went down to the store and apparently they said all their orders were gone, had to wait another 45 mins if I still wanted it. Kept calling since 6pm yet line was busy. Now still got to wait 7 days to get a refund. No such experience with other outlets, this CCK outlet is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Food, didn't get to taste it. Service, non-existent. Atmosphere, full of blur cashiers.

Placed an order for two regular pizzas through Grab. They called me one hour after the order was placed and told me they have a 3-4 hour expected waiting time and asked me to cancel the order. By this time it’s almost 9pm in the evening and food outlets are beginning to close. Service is completely terrible, very poor communication and low levels of responsibility. My credit card was then charged and they indicated my order on Grab as having been delivered but of course I received nothing at all. This place is a scam, avoid like the plague

NEVER order delivery from Domino's Pizza CCK. There is no ETA on your order since they "guarantee" 30mins delivery. My order took 1.5hrs to arrive and had turned to room temperature when it arrived. Taste of food was poor, might as well have plain bread. Phone, if the line is not busy, will not be picked up as well. Will never order Domino's again. Just bad.

Why is this branch not closed down??! Look at the pathetic 2.7 stars review.. I ordered at 8.17pm and called them multiple times to get thru.. they told me all sort of reasons.. systems, no riders, bulk orders, still making.. waited 3 hrs and called them again and they ask me to wait another half an hr… In the end i have to drive down to collect my orders.. pathetic.. what is this service? I had to pay the delivery fee and go down to collect myself? Gave me wings as compensation? Hello… why do i need more food? U need more riders right?! I gave 1 star because of my effort to go down to the bloody store to collect.. this store deserves nothing at all.. Never gonna order Domino again.. ugly pathetic experience..

I ordered my dinner at 6.30pm. Till 8.15pm I never received any order. Call the store no one is picking up. This is seriously the worst service i ever seen. So many reviews about the same issue but nothing has been improved. Don't take orders if you can't deliver it on time. This is really ridiculous.

Come on laaa Domino’s. I see so many bad reviews about your delivery. I waited 2 hours. You don’t even answer your phone when I tried calling umpteen times. It was for a birthday occasion. Imagine the disappointment. I expect a reply from you. I asked Grab for a solution, they ask me to contact you. Please do not take this lightly as there seems to be a problem with the service standards (as seen by the bad reviews).

I ordered Domino's pizza via their website at 8.11 pm today. I made the payment using PayNow. However, I have been informed by my spouse that the pizza has not yet been delivered. I tried calling the CCK hotline multiple times, but unfortunately, it was unreachable. I am unsure why this is happening as I wanted to check the status of my order. At 9.42 pm, I had to ask my spouse to go down to the outlet and inquire about the situation. I had opted for delivery and not self-pickup for my order. Eventually, at 9.54 pm, my spouse arrived at the CCK store and to inquiry about the order. The staff promptly put the order in the oven. I later found out that the outlet was short-staffed that day, with only one rider available for deliveries. I kindly request you to consider this incident and perhaps look into the service at CCK outlet. I believe I am not the only one facing this issue, and it is important for businesses to provide excellent customer service.

Horrendous service like the other reviews. If i could give negative stars I would. I ordered at 7.44pm. It's now already 9.24pm and my order is still "being made" according to their live tracker. The 62226333 Dominos number doesn't even answer calls anymore and it's just a voice recording saying you can order through their website. The CCK store line is permanently engaged at the moment. Not the first horrible experience with this outlet. A coupon for a free regular pizza doesn't make up for 2h+ delay on average when I order. Worst part is there's nothing customers can do because they never answer the phone. I don't recommend going to this store. No sense of urgency and really unprofessional. Imagine ordering for an occasion and having them be late for more than 2 hours. My previous refund took 30 days. Worst experience ever. Update at 11.39pm : order still hasn't come. Dominos closes at 11pm. I want a full refund and compensation for this. This is more than disappointing.

i usually dont write reviews, but this has to be said. my order was placed through Grab, and after waiting for almost two hours, I tried to cancel it. However, Grab claimed that the order was already in preparation, when the delivery rider came, he knocked like he was about to break my door, why cant dominos just use contactless delivery like hey its 2023, i do not want to see people just to take my food but anyways the food was disappointing, $50+ for some sad pizzas and a 6 piece chicken wing that tasted alright but still disappointing as you could get better and authentic Italian pizzas for cheaper but anyways i will no longer be buying from dominos until i KNOW the service and food improved sidenote pizza hut is better and ion usually ask for this but i demand an apology.

Went here today 8/1/24 to get Chocolate Lava Cake & Mozzarella Cheese Stick. Arrived at 11:10am and was surprised by staff telling me there is no manager yet to take my order. Business Hours clearly stated 1030am-11pm Mon-Sun. Hoping their management could improve on this issue??? Thankfully there was 2 kindful female Muslim staff helping me prepare my foods. Thanks to them, I’m able to get my craving satisfied.

waited 4hrs for my food, understandable that it is NYE. But the kitchen staffs and delivery man were just smoking and laughing. The best part is that my food contains hair as well. best experience I ever had so far. 10/10 recommended if you want to get mad and waste some $$, while getting mocked at by Domino’s staffs. I pity the cashier who was the nice about the entire situation, but the backend staffs :) really made my day. Happy 2024 noobs. This outlet should just shut down. Thanks.

I ordered via Grab and it took close to 2 hours to receive my food. At 1.5 hours, I tried calling the merchant but cannot get through at all. So I contacted Grab, but Grab couldn’t do anything at all. They advised me to call Dominos to cancel the order…. So I went down to the outlet and saw this huge amount of orders on the countertop - empty boxes, pending to be made. I think there were only 2-3 employees working in that small space I felt sorry because they literally were busy and had no time to entertain me immediately and had about 2-3 riders as well delivering. Despite them being busy, they were still very polite and willing to help. However, by the time I reached the outlet, the Grab app updated that the delivery was on the way to my house. Rider also apologized to my parents and said they have 20 more orders to deliver. They missed out my 1.5L coke tho, but ok lah…… we understand, especially when it’s raining. Dominos HQ should consider expanding your tiny outlet here and to hire more people. No point have negative reviews when the demand is high and your manpower isn’t enough. Added another star because I felt sorry for your staff and riders

Placed an order via their app on 31 December 2023, 8.21pm and order was sent to CCK outlet. They did not mention that they were having a high demand orders or informed us to expect longer waiting time etc so we continued with our order thinking that we still can get them in an hour or so. The app live tracker status kept indicating ‘Making order’ for at least 3/4 hours. We continued to wait for hours thinking our order will still arrive since it has not been cancelled. Even tried calling CCK outlet at 9+pm and 10+pm to ask about our order but their call was left purposely engaged so the calls couldn’t even get thru. We ended up not getting our pizzas last night. Sent emails and feedback and enquiries since yesterday but still no response from Dominos. Tried calling CCK outlet again this morning for my refund but still no answer. Has Dominos’ service always been this terrible?

Very very disappointed... placed an order in advance on 18 Dec for delivery on 31 Dec 9:30 pm. On actual day live tracking status only showed "ready in store" around 2 hours after and eventually stated as "being delivered" around 12am or so. Waited until 3:30 am now (6 hours) but still nothing delivered. Understand its NYE but Dominos should at least have the courtesy to inform customer if cannot fulfil order and provide refund, but no calls or anything at all. Hotline keep cannot call through also... Edit: Next day tried calling the branch time and time again but nobody is picking up still. Have send email as well but not sure if I will ever get a reply or get my money back... Edit2: Dominos replied my email and refund was processed.

Should have checked reviews of the place before ordering. Ordered pizza and it’s around 2 hours later and pizza is not yet delivered. From the online status they’re still preparing the pizza and it’s not even in the oven yet…. Called the store multiple times but nobody is picking up. How can they accept payment and not even deliver the pizza Edit to reply: we have emailed and filled in the feedback form on the website. The pizza was eventually delivered at 9+ pm, about 3+ hours later

Ordered yesterday at 6.20pm, but my 1 x regular pizza + 6pc wings arrived at 11.20pm.. Cold.. Caused me much inconvenience with my family arrangements / movement. 5 hours wait, I could have driven to the airport, sat down for dinner, bought groceries, and still get back with time to spare. Fortunately, it was only me and not my family who was waiting for dinner, which became supper instead.. Second time ordering from presumably the same outlet. First time the order took something like 2hrs to arrive.

On 28 Mar, made an advance order at 1.07pm for delivery at 06.45pm. Pizza was received at around 8.19pm. It was cold and hard. When i queried the rider, he also told me that he knew nothing about the delay.It was very unfortunate for my family to break their fast with this bad incident. No updates were given for late delivery and the hotline is engaged. Wrote in via Domino's FB,was given voucher for Free Regular Pizza. Thanks, but no thanks as I won't be ordering from Domino's anymore. In fact this is the 2nd time I encountered this. Never wrote in the 1st time as I thought it's a one-off thing. Management should really take actions against this CCK outlet.

Ordered a regular pizza bundle set with 1 bottle of Coke and 2 side items via Grab, but delivered only the bottled drink and 1 side item, missing the main pizza and another side item, and payment is made! Called their outlet several times but no answer. I cannot brain, how they checked their delivery orders - without the PIZZA??
