Great place to order pizza a quick bite. Good selection of flavours. Able to deliver within 30 minutes. Pizzas were still warm and cheesy, maintaining the freshness when received. Their chilli flakes was really good and went very well with the pizzas too.

Nothing can beak pipping hot pizza fresh from oven. All is gone in 5mins Lots of seat. Staff is nice.

Really peaceful place to grab a bite to eat. But seriously short staffed and no one at the counter to take the orders. Observed people leaving (hangry) just cause no one was there to greet and take the order. I had to wait for 10min just for someone would come to take my order...Menu also not clearly placed out.... Pizza was getting cold at the counter before I asked if I could take it. A whole new adventure to get my self a slice to eat 😁🍕

Excellent and Efficient Service crew. Appreciate the efforts despite running on lean manpower. If you wanna get your pizza fix, click and collect is the best way to go. 😎👍🏼

Place is nice and clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Pizza took some time to be ready - about 20 minutes. The place only accepts cash or nets. Pizzas were made fresh. Can choose different types of crusts. Offer is get 2 big ones for S$22. Personal pizza (4 pcs) is $4.90. Taste was ok. I tasted the ones in Australia before, and it tasted much nicer in Australia. Overall, still ok.

Ordered at 6.30pm but did not receive order even at 8.30pm! Called the hotline but nobody picked up. Not sure if I can even get a full refund. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! DO NOT PATRONISE DOMINO'S! Save yourself the trouble and order Pizza Hut or California 241 Pizza. EDIT: Pizzas finally arrived at 9pm! Fortunately the kids enjoyed the food. But look at the pictures for yourself...the toppings are pathetic 😤😠 Can't believe it took 2.5hrs to deliver these pizzas.

Do not patronise this outlet at all cost. Ordered online at 5pm. Pick up supposed to be at 6.15pm. Was updated at 7pm that order is in the oven and it will be ready at 7.20pm. It is 7.55pm now and the staff said to wait for another hour. What the heck?!? How is it possible that it takes 4 hours to process an order??

Waited for food from 546pm to past 930pm on national day without any update on delay. Food order kept showing as 'in the kitchen'. Called at the number provided both by Grab & their website. 70 times in total. Didn't get through till I am convinced the store team deliberately lifted the phone to avoid handling angry customers. Elderly parents ended up having instant noodles for dinner way past dinner time! & I had to keep contacting Grab to ensure I wasn't charged for waiting without food delivered. Domino's replied my email on 12/8 apologising for the peak hours delay. More than 3 hrs wait without any update is more than a sufficient wait for our meal. Don't use templated replies on your customers pls. After this incident I looked at the reviews posted of this outlet on Grab. Many similar bad encounters from customers on not receiving their food, bad delays ...

Scheduled delivery a day before in view of National Day celebrations, and yet delivery is not here after 1 hour. Tried to call the customer service hotline multiple times to cancel the order, but no one is picking up. It is disappointing that despite being around for so long, domino's is unable to manage orders and manage customer's expectations. Looking at past comments that had similar criticisms, clearly, no improvements have been made for this domino's stall. Edited: Decided to drive down to the outlet to find that there are about 10 others who faced the same issue. Was told to wait for another hour (delivery was expected at 630, and was told that it will be ready about at least 9pm), and finally decided to cancel it. It's so unfortunate that many planned celebrations are ruined thanks to a poorly managed branch.

Ordered at 5.30pm for 7pm delivery. Track your order showed “rate your order” implying that order was already delivered. Whats the point of having this feature when its not properly reflected??? Went outside to check just to see if any pizzas were left outside instead but found none. Waited until 7.45pm and kept calling the outlet number but no response, got frustrated, gave up and Ended up cooking instant noodles instead. the order finally came. Pizza was dried out and cold, totally not what i was expecting after craving for pizza since afternoon. Asked the driver what caused the delay, he said it was instructed as pick up instead of delivery. But when we checked the order note it mentioned delivery. Totally disappointed with my first order from Dominos and will not order again.

If can I will give 0 star cause this outlet deserve no star. Theres about 97% negative comments and I think this outlet should just close down or put a better manager. I have ordered couple of times and my order didnt came. I even went once to see , to my suprise all worker doing their own work. Manager female too busy listening songs , I call call no response. If you cant do your job properly quit. Dont make us innocent customers wait for our food like dogs.

Order only if you are ready to wait for 2 hours or more. domino pizza simply did not pick up phones after waited for more than 1 hour. The service is nightmarish. Don’t patronise them, ever!

The difference in amount of ingredients is a huge disparity despite the same customization & regular-size pizza. Staffs at Kebun Baru outlet requires more proper SOP / QC training? Photo1-2 = Orders earlier, look at the ingredients amount as compared to my past orders from other outlets Photo4-5

It is rediculous, ordered the pizza on grab, 2hours later it still shows in the kitchen. After many many many calls finally got through and the staff told us still need another 1 to 2 hours more. How is that reasonable? Asked them to cancel , end of the day, food wasnt delivered but on grab it stats delivered. If the kitchen is too busy,do not accept any more orders. This is such a bad experience

Placed order at 1:02 but does not arrive 2hours later. Seriously? This is unacceptable service. Even with bad reviews dating back 2-5 months the owner seemed to not care about how they run the business with such bad service. Dominoes states on the website to be 30mins guaranteed delivery but made a bad call for not checking google reviews and ordered through online. Just order Pizza Hut next time. Dominos is giving empty promises to hungry people that get agitated easily.

Hi, on the 4th of April 2024, I visited one of your branches at 216 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4, #01-04 Kebun Baru Community Club. I was quite disappointed with one of your service staff, Ms. Lyn. The moment I stepped in, her first glance toward me already showed a frustrated attitude. After waiting for more than a minute, I asked if I could have my order taken. Her reply was that I needed to download an app and order through it, which I refused to do. I requested her to take my order at the counter, and her reply was that I would need to wait for 30 minutes before she would attend to take my order. Honestly speaking, her response disgusted me as a consumer. Please take a look at your shop's CCTV and take appropriate action. Thanks.

Placed order on 6.30pm. Based on live tracker, it shows 'order placed' from 6.30pm all the way till 7.30pm. Subsequently, it only delivered at 8.20pm. Tried calling the outlet for over 10 attempts, no one bothers to pick up. To anyone who wants to order from this outlet, make sure to order 3 hours in advance. Trash service

Ordered advance pick up from this outlet and wanted to call up domino to omit out the garlic butter oil to be brushed at the sides (I always done it without any issues) but today I called about 10x and no one picked up. So I thought of heading down in advance to let them know. I ordered pick up at 8.45 when down at 8.30, pizza was already done. I told the staff “actually I tried calling alot of times so that I can ask if I can omit the garlic butter on the pizza or not” The staff replied “oh” then proceed pack my pizza. Is he acknowledging the issue here? I guess not. And the outlet only has like 3 physical customers when I visited and 6 boxes of pizzas (including 2 of mine) pending to pick up. So what is so busy that they can’t even answer the phone calls? Previously when the line is centralised I could easily request such but now I guess I can no longer enjoy domino pizza without having to visit them even earlier before my pick up timing. Also I added extra $1 to change my sides to brownies, look at how pathetic it is no extra words needed. On a good side note my pizza is hot. That’s it.

Terribly disappointed with the ordering process, contact and delivery planning using Grab. Ordered 6.30pm with grab showing 7.30pm for delivery but delivered at 8.30pm cold and stale pizza. No update that there is a delay or lost riders. Totally not what a brand like Dominos should be doing. I can see from other reviews that this is not a one off. Looks like a much deeper operational issue. If you cannot deliver, then better dont take order. Greedy owners trying to maximize restaurant order and unlimited online orders.
