Bought their pizza for lunch this afternoon as I'm working nearby today. Pizza seems easier to eat during this period since dining out is not allowed. I bought a personal pan pizza for $4.90. It is freshly made to order and I could opt out from onions as I didn't like it. The expected waiting time was 15mins but to my amazement, it was ready in about 7 to 8 minutes. Very fast. The pizza is really hot and tasty. Highly recommended. 🍕😋 Date of review: 6 Jun 2021

Extremely disappointed with the service. Made a order for pizza delivery hours in advance, ended up waiting more than two hours for pizza that never arrived. Because of this, it ruined the whole family dinner experience. It was frustrating because I was unable to get through to customer service to check on the order status. Eventually cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I hope will be returned as soon as possible. Really terrible experience, made me lose trust in Domino's. So much for the empty promises about their pizza delivery. Need to work on improving your services!

The most pathetic service on phone where they keep you waiting. Please do not give empty promises to customers and say that you are the leading pizza delivery company when you surely NOT!!! First of all, the coke I ordered did not even come with the pizza I ordered. Second of all, when the pizza arrived it looked messy as the prawns and other ingredients were all one one side. What rubbish pizza !!! I will never order from them again!! This is the WEST COAST OUTLET !!!!

Super bad experience, online delivery request for 11.30am, call customer service no response. No status update as well. Only received the food 12.45pm with no apologies.

ordered genshin impact pizza at counter, was told to wait for 1hour. so i waited but then they missed out my order so i have to wait much longer again. poor service attitude as he was very reluctant to take my order

Not sure why they have such poor rating. We have always liked their pizza and the toppings are usually generous. Far far better than the pizza hut ones!

Went to the store to pick up my order, only to be ignored by the staff who are too busy talking to each other! Only to be told that waiting time is 2 hrs!!! Pizza is supposed to be convenient and fast! At least they could've told in their app that waiting time was ridiculously 2HRS!!

If I can rate a Zero, I would. Absolutely disappointed. Ordered at 5:23pm on 9th Aug thinking that it will avoid the crowd. In the end, Domino's avoided me and my orders. Nothing was delivered. My guests waited all the way to 12am the next day and still nothing. That included 2 very hangry toddlers which we had to go and get something else, spending additional $$. Jesus, Buddha, Vishnu and Allah all also cannot help us on national day. Called the hotline from 8:00pm all the way to 11pm. Call log from my phone was 40+ and my cousin called 60+? Can't even get through. Assuming that probably the west coast and clementi area trying to reach your outlet for unfulfilled orders. I spent $88 but just getting an automated sms that I've got a free regular pizza because the order was late. No bro, the order was not even done. Dropped so many emails but nope. None replied. So please return me my money. Otherwise, this national day promo from Domino's will be the biggest scam than any scams right now. Also, if you know you are understaffed on a PH, just close the outlet and direct customers somewhere else, including those requesting for online delivery. In summary, please return my money.

The hotline is absolutely dreadful, there’s no way to check up and follow up with your order. The order is still in the kitchen preparing after one hour and 10 mins. Excellent standards. If you count zero as the starting point.

Crazy wack service. Waited 2 hours for delivery. Called and called but no answer. Ordered at 7pm. Arrived at 9.30pm. Don’t know what’s going on but definitely not going to order from here anymore

Live tracker says pizza is ready in store .. more than 1h alreasy but still not delivered yet. No one answers the phone as well... this is the second time I'm experiencing this same situation and I won't order again anymore.

Worse delivery experience ever. Order was placed in advance. Informed them delivery to be 7pm. 1hr later... order is still lying in the shop.. Told them if they could not handle the orders, then they should not accept orders. But was told it was received by call center, beyond their control. So my order had been lying at the outlet for an hour, with no delivery guy in sight and a hungry family still waiting. Last words were, so i can't do anything but to sot and wait... reply was.. yes, sorry about that. Terrible....

Made a 7:15pm PICK UP order at 5:20pm, reached on time but was told, “the driver took the order away”?????? So I had to WAIT, might as well go there then order. Compensation was given (as it should be), but lo and behold the pizza was missing ingredients like Mayo and Nori strips which are relatively important for tastes. Free dinner for the delivery guy 🙌🏻

Placed an online pick up order. The pizza was prepared really quickly and it was ready and still hot when i reached to pick it up. I ordered a 9’ pepperoni pizza with a side of mini mozzarella bread sticks. I must say that domino’s never fails to amaze and always manages to tingle my taste buds every time. The pizza was cheesy and filled with flavour. The mozzarella bread sticks were filled with cheese and would be perfect for a cheese lover like me. Overall I highly recommend this Dominos if you live around the West Coast area. Try to do a pick up order since delivery fee is a standard 5 dollars which is quite high. Do patronize this dominos!

Abysmal delivery timings. I've had multiple terrible experiences with their outlet and the pizza is almost always late. Today my order was placed at 6pm, it's now 8 and the tracker says it's still preparing. There's no communication from the restaurant, no apology for delay, and the best part is I can't even reach their phone for the past twenty minutes. Truly terrible service, not sure how they are still running this place.

Their website status says Delivered, but did not receive the order. Called their hotline, the manager said the rider left the food outside the unit, although nothing is actually left outside the unit. Manager cut the call to ask his rider again. What a messy system. Not sure what went wrong. I will not order from this store anymore, so stressful to deal with their delivery.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 regular pizza on 10/2/24. Service was terrible. The guy who took our order raised his voice and said 2 hours waiting time (seemed like not happy to work on holiday and didn’t want to take order) We don’t mind to wait because it’s CNY. After we waited for so long, our mistake was that we didn’t check and collect the food, when we reached home then realized 1 large pizza (meatasaurus) was missing. Then, we called them and asked them to prepare, waited for another hour and give us the wrong pizza again. We couldn’t wait any longer and just took the pizza they give. Horrible experience. Not going to order at this outlet anymore.

Food was ordered at 620pm and order came 3 hours later. Called grab, they can’t help. Called the branch and can’t get through. In the end the manager had to ask if we want to cancel order. Have already wait for so long. Might as well wait for 30mins more. But food came cold and taste is bad. I have to go out and buy food at 1030pm. Please don’t expand your order to grab or food panda if you can’t cope. Thank you domino’s pizza for the childhood good memories and for a series of nightmares you gave me too. I think this is the end.

Never again. Ordered from foodpanda. Wrong order was delivered after 2.30hrs of wait. They don't answer calls. After multiple calls, delivered order at 11 pm, which we had to throw because we were concerned about the hygiene. The person who answered phone was rude and I was afraid the food might have been tampered.

I ordered a Domino's pizza expecting a hot, freshly cooked meal, but what I received was a complete disaster. The pizza, which cost a hefty $36, arrived a staggering 2 hours late. By the time it got here, parts of it were still fridge-cold! It's outrageous that I paid so much money for such a poorly executed order. The pizza itself was a mess—unevenly cooked, with some slices still tasting like they were straight out of the refrigerator. It's clear that whoever prepared this couldn't care less about quality or customer satisfaction. I am beyond disappointed with this experience. Domino's, you've completely let me down. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly, insulting to paying customers. I won't be ordering from here again and will make sure to share my dreadful experience with everyone I know. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Domino's if you value your time, money, and taste buds. This was an utter waste and a massive disappointment.

Placed an order 3 hours before estimated delivery time (7.15pm). Called outlet at 7.20pm after hearing nothing, rudely told that the rider is already out with my order when website says that the order is still in store and hung up on. Called again at 7.45pm and was told that my order is waiting for the rider to be back and was given a lot of excuses that there “were a lot of deliveries”. I will never order from Dominos again.

Ordered my pizzas at 1.16pm and until now it’s still being made. Already 2 hours?! And still preparing?! Tried to call but no response, tried to email but no response. Do not buy, you’ll wait as you’re hungry. I’m hungry and I ordered this for lunch, how would you compensate this? DO NOT BUY!

Don't order from this outlet. Find other options. It's not worth the stress and hassle one has to go through. Order placed at 6.45 pm. For 2 hours, nothing happened. They don't pick up your call or provide any updates. If you can't fulfill, say so. Why do you have to keep customers waiting? Don't even get me started on the refund process. It took me more than a month to get a refund. Never ordering from Domino's again. Once they picked up my call and the person was not only rude but also made insensitive comments.
