Guess I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from the West Coast outlet. Placed my order at 8:34 PM and apparently signed up for a surprise waiting game instead of dinner. It’s been hours with zero communication, and I’ve been trying to contact them since after 9 PM. Not a single update. Impressive customer servicekeeping customers completely in the dark must be part of the experience. At this point, either deliver the order or just cancel it. Leaving people hanging with no explanation is ridiculous. If this is the standard now, it’s no wonder the reviews are the way they are.

Very disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza. I paid for my order, but my pizza was never delivered. I tried calling the store multiple times, and no one answered or responded. Taking payment and then providing no delivery and no customer support is completely unacceptable. I wasted both my time and money. I won't be ordering from here again unless they improve their service.

Order placed on 7 Apr 2026 at 11:03 (Delivery, West Coast outlet) was NEVER DELIVERED. What’s worse is there was zero communication throughout. I called the outlet multiple times (more than a dozen times) — no one picked up. Not a single update, no delay notice, nothing. No refund even! If this is how orders are handled, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this outlet / from Domino's in its entirety.

I had a great experience ordering from the Domino’s Pizza West Coast branch. The delivery was very fast and the food arrived warm and fresh. The staff even called to check and confirm my order, which I really appreciated. They were friendly, patient, and very trustworthy throughout the process. Special thanks to Mr Raja and Mr Rejab for their excellent service. Their professionalism made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
