1st the Lady attitude was poor. I arrived and was told bluntly scan to order. During the meal, 2 other batches of customer arrived each 2 and more pple. They were informed with a nicer attitude. 2nd when my meal is ready, she basically calledout from the kitchen. I thought she's communicating with the Co worker, and she called out loudly again to catch my attention. Service rating is very very poor

New outlet of NeNe Chicken, staff doesn't seem to be well trained. Was told to order through their online portal via the QR code on their table. Waited more than 35 minutes for the food to be ready. Queue number was confusing as it shows only 1 digit when receipt had 4. Staff was allocating seats but came back to find it taken. Better off just ordering delivery which I think is this outlet focus.

LOL. Half year ago, 3chicken meal was $14. Now $15.80. Not only that, the chicken keep getting smaller, fries keep getting lesser. Used the shopback $11voucher for the 2pic chicken meal(normal price $12). First order got the barbeque chicken. The second time I ordered, a different staff told me strictly sauce dip only for the chicken, was only told after they prepared the order. But wasn't written anywhere on the voucher or told beforehand. I said bbq chicken, but was just given the sauce instead.. Why so inconsistent and no standard? Then fries also very little. If like this, why even bother doing the promo voucher in shopback, so pointless. Could've been so much better, I kept coming back to see if got any better. But was let down every time, Really disappointing service and experience. Will never come again. Just make my own chicken and fries. Thank

A Korean fried chicken without a flavour. The shop sells a very basic deep fried chicken that can be found in any cheap stall. No flavour, seasoning is weak. Sauces are sold separately, however they are included in combos.

Ordered burger. Chicken meat is big and tasty. Quite yummy. However the place is quite small and the toilet itself is dark. One had to switch on the lights.

Very rude staff specially old aunty this is not first time each time I experience same rude attitude experience. always rudely being told to scan qr to ordar through online portal. Even I was reading menu at counter but she keep forcing scan qr for order. And most important they don’t provide any chilli or catchup for fries. Again rudely said we don’t provide any sauce if u want, pay separate. Even my burger don’t have any kind of sauce or mayo inside. It was just plain patty. When I ask them I have to pay separately for sauce for burger. It’s very bad impression on nene chicken. Mostly people have same bad experience.

Staff very friendly... Chicken is good. Not dry for me... Some say its dry but its not.. not your typical kfc oily chicken. Reasonable to be taken as your "cheat day" meal to those who are watching their cholesterol in their diet. Kudos to Mr. Jayson for expediting the order before.

the place is rather quiet but i like it since i don’t like being in a full restaurant. i come to this outlet during my afternoons just to see anik and hafiz. their service are excellent. the food? chicken is pretty crunchy, especially the chicken skin. the toilet is clean as well. nothing beats a great service and food at this outlet.

this outlet really surprised me. their staffs anik and hafiz (sorry if i got their names wrongly), they are super friendly! nice chicken, really tasty and cooked with perfection. their ramen also tasted great, just like how i would make it myself. they really make food with all their love haha. 10/10 for their service and food. definitely coming back

a quiet and humble outlet. i like their fried chicken and chicken skin. fried nicely and very crispy, not too salty which is good. staffs are very friendly, both hafiz and anik. i will come back here again!

the place is very clean. the staffs were very nice, auntie anik and hafiz. as expected from all the good reviews, their chicken were so crispy!
