Ordered online for self pickup. Their website works but is clunky. Pizza taste is inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's average. And I can't say Domino's is cheap either. Little Caesars has lower prices.

Went to order a pizza on Christmas eve. While there's hardly any customers, the wait was long due to incoming delivery orders. Was lucky as a later customer was told the wait to be an hour. Nonetheless my takehome order was delicious. Just that customer service could have been better. It's not unusual for one to take pictures of restaurants. No need to be so harsh about the sign on no pictures. Who would take notice.

Not going to order from here ever again. Ordered take away and self pickup at the selected timing. Upon collection, the staff said they have not even prepared the order and I’d have to wait for 2h or to cancel the order. Please do not take in any more orders if the kitchen cannot handle it, or at least have the decency to inform customers when the order is going to be massively delayed.

ordered the 4 cheese pizza! it was fresh and delicious! too bad they don't offer other beverages other than coca cola softdrinks/sodas... pizza was ready out by 10 minutes!

No delivery made after a few hours. Contacted the hotline and the phone cannot go through. Contacted them through the email the next day and they refunded and a free regular pizza voucher. Totally ruined our gathering. Would not recommend.

Ordered for pick up at 6.30pm but waited till 7pm my order still not processed. At the end I had to cancel my order. It was a long queue at store waiting for food and a lot ended up cancelling the order. This was not the 1st time having orders delayed. There was no improvement over last 1 year. If manpower cannot cope with the demand, please stop online ordering early to avoid disruption of our dinner plan. Will not order domino in the future.

Please mention at the time of ordering that delivery can take 2 hours. This store has only one rider and deliveries can take a long time. Also the website does not update status and no one is picking the call in the store no matter how many times I called. Never going to order from this store nor will I order from dominoes and actively prevent anyone I know to even think about dominoes

Ordered delivery and waited for more than 2 hours but never received my order. On the order page there is no mentioning of such a long delivery time. A waste of money and waste of time to order delivery from this store. Paid so much money and the pizza never came, really felt that I got scammed by this place. Strongly suggest everyone not to order from this place or any other dominos store if you don't want your money to be wasted.

If I can give them a negative it would have been justified. Waited 2 hours for the food. The pizza ended up being soggy and super salty. Called them continuously and no one answered. They have permanently lost a customer. I will NEVER buy from Dominoes again. I thought the reviews here were exaggerations. Well good luck to anyone who don’t read this.

I placed the order at 21:08. When I placed the order, estimated delivery time was 22:00. It was 22:30 and I still didn't receive my food. I called the Domino Hillview over 10 times, but nobody picked up. I got so frustrated so I drove over to the Domino Hillview myself. They said they had my order. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. No apologies of any kind whatsoever. So I asked them to cancel the Grab order and repaid for the food without the delivery fee. And I drove back home to be even further disappointed. The food tasted terrible and the Garlic Twisty Bread was so bland and had ZERO garlic flavor. It was like eating plain and bland bread. Zero flavor of any kind whatsoever - I am sure the Domino Hillview team forgot to put Garlic Seasoning when baking it.

Ordered during non peak hour and driver got it delivered within 30min and pizza was still warm upon delivery. Driver even called to confirm on the address thus I decided to give a 5 star for the service 👍🏻

Absolutely unacceptable service, ordered at 7pm and there’s no sign of the delivery coming through whatsoever at 10pm. Same as the other reviews, I called numerous times over the 3 hour time span I was hungrily waiting and every single time the phone call doesn’t go through. I am convinced they turned their phone off. Absolutely do not order delivery from this dominos at all costs.

i ordered at 7 through grab and its 10 😭😭 havent had any updates on the food. must have called at least 20 times. nothing working. this is becoming daytime robbery. they arent gonna do anything about it as well, just say ‘we genuinely appreciate you sharing your feedback, please contact us through this email’ please do not order through this dominos, they will scam you.
