The sauce for Classified Chicken and Chilli Chicken is disappointment compared to 10 years ago. Won't buy from domino's pizza in the future.

ordered for 12:30pm pick up and pizzas were hot, fresh and ready by the time i reached. for comparison, the smaller one (classified chicken) is a personal pizza and the larger one (chilli prawn) is a regular. tasted really good!! i especially liked the classified chicken. actually surprised by how crispy and fluffy the hand tossed crust was. the promotion they’re running now is value for money. will order again soon! also this outlet seems to cater more to pick ups and deliveries, but there are like two dine-in tables available

Pre-ordered for pickup at 6:45pm, and only received order at 7:25pm. Staff handed me pizzas meant for other customers TWICE, without first cross-checking name or order. What supposed to be a quick pickup ended up being a 40 minute wait at the store.

Update - 15Mar26 : Have feedback but still not receiving any reply from Domino. Not sure if my feedback is valued nor reviewed. Will await patiently. I am writing to provide feedback regarding the Big BBQ pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, the pizza I received differed significantly from what was advertised and expected. As shown in the photos below, the pizza appeared to be missing key ingredients, particularly the BBQ sauce and capsicum, which are essential components of this flavour. This seems likely to have been an oversight during preparation. I had specifically ordered this pizza to bring to a Chinese New Year gathering, as this flavour was requested by the host. It was disappointing to arrive with an item that did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify how this could have happened. Terrible delivery service. My lunch order took over an hour, even though the food was ready at the store for 40 minutes. The pizza and sides were delivered completely cold. When I called the store, they first assured me it would arrive in 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes, they didn’t even bother answering the phone. Extremely disappointing experience—definitely not ordering again.
