Normally service is fast. Not sure why the staff will try to assume you want to order chicken as default (I wanted Impossible) and theirs happens on a few occasions. Overall quite nice except for choosing Impossible meat. I know Impossible is normally quite expensive but to price at $2 above for a burrito over a chicken one is kind of ridiculous. You don’t see Swensen’s have such a big discrepancy with their Impossible products with their chicken products. Also the entire queue will slow down once the crew starts to refill the ingredients as there are not extra manpower to do this function.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD SAFETY! Plastic pcs in my food. At first it was just 1 piece to my surprise another one more?!! This is will be my first and last time ordering from this branch! 😠

The two Indian(?) part timer girls working at 11am today were very nice and kind. They also got my order done quickly. I hope other times I come here, the other part timers can do the same

Great food and more importantly the staff are always super cheerful! Can hear them care and look out for each other even when it’s a cramped little space and stressful cos there’s always a queue, but they always greet customers so cheerfully. Love them!

First time trying this. Had their daily bowl which is a salad without carbs. Great variety for you to choose. I had the Salmon protein item. It's quite a generous portion, good value. Plenty of dressings to choose from as well. Both my wife and I really enjoyed it. Will be back.

Love the salad bowl here. This is my second time within 1 week here to enjoy my healthy meal. Many choices of ingredients and sauces for you to choose too. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. He helped me on my order during 1st visit as I was not sure how to start the choice of order. Thumb up for his service and the teams, too.

This is the 2nd straight time I received undersized serving (and at the same outlet) This time is worse as the total meat in my 2 bowls of Chicken Daily Bowl amount to less than what I normally get in one bowl. My family has been eating Chicken Daily Bowl from Stuff'd for years and the experience the last 2 rounds at Clementi Mall is TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. Is it an outlet (personnel) issue or a company issue? As much as I like your food, I find it difficult to order and not be worried that I get shortchanged, yet again.

My 1st 1 star review on this app. Smallest portions ever for a stuffd store. Just go to another one. Ate there 3 times cause thought 3rd times the charm but consistently pathetic portions.

Given attitude by a staff . Singapore F&B scene known for its high standard in both food and service . Here, not just being under-served in portion, was being treated w lousy attitude , by totally disinterested and RUUUDE staff ! When calling her out, she was also not apologetic (zero) at all . I wonder what good it does to the culture at Stuff’d by keeping a staff like this around . Also, if a lousy attitude customer-facing staff can be tolerated, I am concerned w overall culture at Stuff’d . How I know the backend kitchen has the right culture and prepare the ingredients correctly (and safely) ?? Anyways, I will definitely avoid this for now !!!

Stuff'd are generally quality food. I get from them regularly and I am mostly not disappointed. My most significant gripe is their inconsistency in quantity. Yeah they weigh them at the end, but it's superfluous and ignored. Equivalent servings can vary up to 150g, depending on the meagreness of the person making it. So be prepared to get good food, just not sure how much.

We order 4 daily bowls. All the food portions are so small and pathetic and doesnt even fill half of the bowl. The person who was serving us was so unwilling and his attitude was horrible. We asked him to give us more of the topping as it was very little, a d he refuses to do so. Out of all the outlets that we went, the Clementi branch Stuff'd portion was the least out of all, for the price we paid.

The food is good, healthy, and convenient to choose all the ingredients you want. The price is generally student friendly as well, and filling for one person. I got the smoked salmon bowl and it was pretty good but a little dry especially when the mash potato comes into the mix. I usually get the chicken kebab. Would not recommend eating there it’s pretty cramped, stuffy, and noisy.

Smallest portion of kebab i’ve ever received. Isn’t it common sense that if a person chose one base, the amount should be equivalent to if they asked for all bases? Saw the person hesitantly put 7 pieces of cucumber and a dot of sauce. I realised I should’ve read the reviews on this outlet before purchasing. Look at the size of the kebab in comparison to the pack of tissue! Never again.

I always order daily bowl from other Stuff'd outlets and am perfectly happy with the food. Came Clementi branch for the first time today and was shocked at how little the portion is as compared to other branches! (clementi one did not even fill half the bowl while other branches daily bowl are filled to the brim) I thought I was missing one topping (potato salad) but when i brought it back to the staff, she pointed to 2-3 small pieces of potato and said "got 5 what" =.= also not sure why other branches charged me $7.80 for the salmon daily bowl but this branch charged me $9.40 ..

Portions are miserably tiny, management couldn't care less. Avoid this place at all costs. Ps: Don’t tell me to email you guys cuz I’m not the only person who encountered this issue, and it is not the first time…….

Ordered two daily bowls and two kebab. All the tomato slices are rotten, giving a sourish taste and foul smell. The quinoa is also stale and tasteless. Indeed, the portions are tiny, but the sauce is plentiful. Thus, undoubtedly, all of us felt thirsty after the meal. In fact, I had diarrhoea subsequently. Gave feedback and this is their reply Rest assured, our team will be reemphasized on the need for heightened diligence in monitoring the cooking and preparation process to prevent a recurrence of such issues. So they admitted that there is an issue with the food quality and yet, just your luck to eat! Horrible and disgusting experience!

Utterly disappointed with the stuffed daily bowl that I bought from Clementi Mall on 29 mar 2024. I have been buying daily bowl regularly from many other branches when I feel like eating salad kind of meal. I was shocked to see how little the portion that was given. I asked for lettuce, cucumber and tomato only as the base and had real hard time digging for the lettuce and after numerous tough tries then managed to dig out the 4 small pathetic slices of cucumber, 4 slices that were lumped with the smoked salmon giving me the illusion that they are generous with the mains ended up eating tomatoes actually. Had 2 portions of potato salad and not sure why it came with pickles which I did not orders. The price has gone up to $9.40 and yet they reduced the quantity. Din know inflation at Clementi can cause the lettuce, cucumber to be of such high cost now. First time I can finish one full bowl by myself and not feeling full. Time to source for alternatives as this is really not affordable now. Should have monitored the weight during payment as 100% sure I was being short changed.

I’ve been buying the daily bowl from Stuff’d at Clementi for about a year now and the portions have drastically reduced over the last couple of visits. The staff don’t bother weighing the bowl but one look you can tell it looks super undersized - the photo shows that the ingredients barely make up half the container. The guy who served me today gave me 2 slices of cucumbers initially and I had to nudge him for more, and even so I ended up only with 4 slices of cucumbers in total. Absolutely disappointed.
