reasonable for price, pleasant staff, will be back again. I like how I get to pick the ingredients, there's a pretty decent selection of sauces and sides too

Very friendly, nice and caring staffs! Allowed me to order minutes before they did closing. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment a staff by the name of Nora. She has made my experience purchasing from stuff’d a very enjoyable one, with her positive attitude even after a long day of work. 10/10! Friendly and helpful service by the staff here! Wasn't sure what to get for my daily bowl as it was my first time trying but Nora was very patient and even suggested some toppings for me. Thank you Nora! Will definitely get the dailybowl again!

Delicious food as always. Friendly staff and great service especially Nora. She is attentive, knowledgeable and has a bubbly personality. She is a huge asset to Stuffd and deserves much kudos! I will definitely be back for more Stuffd!

Enjoyed the food here. I had a chicken quesadilla. They weight it so there is some assurance and QC to it. The amount of chicken is generous and taste awesome. Unfortunately no seating, so no atmosphere to talk about. Something we know when we come here anyway. Next try will be beef.

As a regular at your store today 16 august 2023 I get the worst experience from your stuffs…. Literally a long queue of people waiting to order their food and there is literally 4 staffs there ! No one entertain us waited for at least an hour to get someone to come forward to ask ….I don’t get it ? One of the stuff attitude has to go ! I told the staff black pepper sauce and mayonnaise but the staff gave me Chili sauce and A DROP of mayonnaise literally a drop right infront of my face and when I confront this guy say “ u can ask what” what can I ask? When u are so hurry to pack the food ! Literally so unhappy

Ordered from this outlet several times, mostly satisfactory service, but today was poor to say the least. Only 2 staff members on duty during lunch hour. Despite minimal queue, they took their time to handle customers, chitchatting in between taking and preparing orders. The worst thing today though, is the mashed potatoes. It was so watery and runny, it looked like soup. Poor staff couldn’t even wrap my burrito properly because watery potatoes kept spilling out. Needless to say, I had a messy lunch when i got home.

Was not informed that various ingredients (toppings) have ran out until after the order was made. At this point, it was too late to cancel the order as it has been filled halfway. The food itself tasted decent, but service could be better.

Worst staff ever. So I was waiting for my order. I’m a rider. Order came at 5:55pm. When I was waiting I ask “hi the order from 5:55pm, now is 6:17pm, are you doing my order?” She turn to the Indian lady and then tried to blame the Indian lady never take the reciept. The receipt damn LONG already. Nvm I still okay. Suddenly she take the long reciept and show it to me with sarcastic pose for idk what reason? Maybe to show me “we a lot order” idk why she did that but anyways, afterwards I saw her reprinting the reciept. When you reprint the reciept, a new pick up time will be shown. She reprint then she tell me sarcastically and loudly trying to embarrass me I guess? “PICK UP TIME 6:21pm” I replied to her “ you confirm reprint the reciept one I not first time work grab” She say she didn’t reprint all that la what la. Nvm. So I wanted to take photo of her, she say “take la take take” then idk what else she say then suddenly “BODOH”. I never even insult her with words and all and she say “BODOH” to me loudly. Like Bruh…. Anyways when the order done I check the reciept and LO AND BEHOLD, the word “duplicate” is on the reciept!!!! Means she reprint!!! So I went back and tell her I say “you tell me I have to wait I will wait but you don’t have to lie to me” then she got all defensive say never lie la what la. Oh ya one point she even say “I rmb you you always very rude” BRUH 99% of the time I don’t even interact with the staff, I just sign and take the food what she mean by I always rude omgggg this lady legit try to lie her way sia. Horrible. You see the photo it says DUPLICATE.

Hi, recently I heard a lot of rider talking about the staff called Nora reprinting ticket. I am leaving a review as it has happened to me before. Reprinting the grabfood ticket is meant for lost tickets and they didn’t do the order by accident. You will have a new pick up time if you reprint ticket as grab will take it as if the shop misplaced it. But this staff abuse the system to lie to riders face and say the timing is a later time and she will throw the original ticket away. Please advise your staff to do better. Don’t because of one staff the store look bad.

Ordered a quesadilla on 1st October, 2.23pm, and was appalled at the poor hygiene levels of the staff. While my quesadilla wrap was being heated up, the staff, wearing gloves, went to unpack some wraps from their plastic packaging and pressed the plastic packagings into the rubbish bin. After that, wearing the same gloves that had been in the bin, she moved my quesadilla wrap and asked me what vegetables I would like. I was still in shock at what I saw and just asked for lettuce and tomatoes, and she indeed used those dirty gloves to spread those vegetables onto my wrap. This is completely unacceptable, what is the point of wearing gloves if they could be used for unpacking, organizing and pushing things into the bin before handling the customer’s order? I am unlikely to visit Stuff’d again after this horrible experience

as a regular customer, today I was stunned at the actions of one of your staff nora. She was having an argument with a rider, I am not sure who is right or who is wrong but the rider was being very reasonable and didn’t use any profanity but your staff decided to call him stupid in malay right infront of everyone while he was trying to take a photo of her. the whole thing look as thought your staff was trying to pick a fight with the rider as she was seen being super sarcastic. staff Nora is making this store look bad.

Their spice level is just too horrible! I asked for chicken burrito with mayo cucumber and roasted sesame, but I got Habanero?! I only realized when I was home because I was in a rush. But the habanero sauce was SO spicy, I could barely eat three bites before I couldn't stomach it and had to throw the food away because no one in my family could eat it. Totally wasted my money on a meal nobody can eat and ruined my mood with this horrible, horrible experience. I know you have a lot of customers in the evening, but mixing up a non-spicy sauce with a spicy one is too much. And I don't even have a bad spice tolerance, I feel they just squeezed a whole lot of it in without caring!

Seriously understaffed during peak hours. Need 3 or 4 staffs, not just 2 staffs. Waiting time in queue can be up to 25 mins.
