Thanks for supporting the Healthy 365 Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge Programme! It was my first experience buying a meal from Stuff'd at Seletar Mall. I bought a Chicken Kebab with habanero and sweet Thai chilli. Tastes great and healthy. The crew is very efficient, polite and friendly. I would recommend Stuff’d for a balanced and healthy meal.

I love their burrito and kebab, especially on the beef one. I always choose all the toppings available from the options, and few sauces. Sometimes, it might be a long queue at the outlet. Only take-away available, no seating area at the outlet. Grab makes it easy to order. All the selections are there and just need to wait at home to get the food delivered at your house.

For all your philantrophy, its a shame that your staff decided to eat half of my Daily Bowl for me... Its the second time this has happened to me. Its gonna be a hungry night for me. 😢

my order from stuff’d had super little of each ingredient :( and the veggie bowl was barely half full - my mac and cheese only had a few pieces of macaroni, there was barely any cheese in even though I paid extra for it too.

this outlet always runs out of toppings by 8pm and what’s worse is that they don’t inform the customer beforehand until after they’ve ordered.

Totally disappointing that the kebab was burnt. Ordered from Grab although the delivery was prompt but so disappointing that it was burnt. The person making it should be more proactive and take the initiative to at least make a new one… way too obvious that its burnt. Would appreciate if you can train the staff better

Update one year from my original post. Seems that it’s a marketing gimmick that Stuff’d send this guy to the outlet to pump up their publicity. Nowadays the food amount has reduce tremendously and the food always end up with so much lesser ingredients across all of their outlets compare to before. Ditching this branding for good. Syed, super friendly and cheerful ! Thumbs up !

extremely disappointed with the service, the kebab and burrito i ordered, barely stuffed with any toppings, feels like i’m just eating dough. didn’t even ask me how i would like to pay and insisted me to pay via paywave

today's experience was the worst i had at this place . it started off with a lady raising her voice at me, in a very annoyed tone asking me to order . i ordered a chicken burrito and when i asked her to add in my sauces and vegetables, she did not even bother to add the ones i picked . the burrito was then passed on to the next empolyee and he also did not get my order right ,missing out on the toppings (eg. black beans ) . i even tried to ask the guy to add in all the topping that was missing but he did not even bother about what i said and just wrapped up the burrito and told me to pay up. in the end ，i left with a half completed burrito and a unpleasant mood seeing how BAD the service is . so stuff'd please go and train your empolyees so that they can SERVE their customers properly . also please do something about your portion size because if you are not going to give me what i ASKED for then at least GIVE ME ENOUGH FOOD TO FILL ME UP AS REPLACEMENT.

Just want to say - 2nd time already, the portion of chicken is way too small. At last put on weighting scale still short of the approximate weight, so what’s the action? Put on weight scale for what? Can I pay less also? I know there is a lot of orders, and the staff work hard to fulfill. But please be mindful of the portions, at least meet the minimum. Thanks! Next time I will take photo and post also of weight.

I do not know who this new Malay staff is but it was recently only, he always has a “I do not want to work” attitude. Once, I was waiting for 1-2 mins despite another staff telling him to take orders first yet he continued asking the staff questions. And when he was done, he took his own time to take the container, food and placed them in. Literally, I am not even kidding. Then when he asks what sauce or topping, he will mutter under his breath expecting us to hear him, gets annoyed when we ask him to repeat. Second incident that made me write this, I saw him talking to his other staff in a demeaning manner. Honestly, who is this guy that just worked here? Receipt shows cashier as manager, heck I hope he is not because the store was doing fine without his sadistic aura. If he wants to show such attitude to customer, please remind him he is getting his pay from the earnings of the company too, which comes from customers. So stop slacking and be hardworking like the rest, always so smiley and cheerful unlike him. I don’t know, look like some fat Malay dude.

Super disappointed.. I requested for certain vegetables which clearly didn't add in into my kebab. It's just Lettuce and chicken and sauce.. Omg.. and this is not the first.. if they don't have certain vegetables available, the manager should put it on grab unavailable so as customers we know that certain items are not available not just blindly do a order... and the size of the kebab is pathetic half the size than before. Compass one outlet and seletar mall outlet please have passion in what you are doing..

Branch at Seletar Mall used to be good. But depends on who is preparing the food. I bought 2 salmon daily bowls and 1 kebab for lunch. Upon weighing, all 3 items were below weight. When I feedback to the cashier, she asked if asked for vegetables to be excluded. What a disappointing experience. Is this a conscious effort to cut cost or is it an issue with the staff?

Staff are friendly but the restaurant constantly runs out of many basic toppings regardless of time and there is rarely an effort to top it out. Equally irritable is the template response the company uses to respond to feedback
