Every Time we order pizzas, they are delivered piping hot and same signature regarding taste, generous toppings, and chewy dough. When ordering online, they are upfront in giving info about their peak hours and the uncertain delivery time. We are humans and understand how the kitchen staff works hard, including the delivery personnel, so we ignore the 10 - 20 mins late delivery.

Order was delivered 40 mins after it was baked and ready for pickup. Served cold. When asked delivery boy what took him so long (more than 30 mins for 8 mins ride) he said he was delivering more than one order together. Totally disappointed.

Sorry just ordered 2 large n 1 xl pizza ...n the 1 xl pizza is the new one..cheese burger beef pizza..very disappointing ..a few pieces ot meat been placed at the edges...nothing like how u saw on the pictures...not even close...the taste is so so...not trying it anymore...its a failure...

Messed up my national day and birthday celebration! This branch need to be assessed and reviewed. Terrible service! Called them 3 time over the delay of my order and the 1st time, said that it will reach in 20 mins, after an hour later, it did not arrive. Called again and they said they cannot find my order. I was furious and insisted they better find it while I wait on the phone. They said they found it and asked me to wait for another 20 mins. I said I have been waiting for 2 hours already and my guest have all finish eating and we’re all full already. After waiting for another 25 mins, rider said he couldn’t find the unit and I clarified and said I have informed your manager that there is a change in the block number. But was not conveyed to rider. In all, even though I received the pizza after 2 hours of the expected arrival, I was very upset and embarrassed about the whole saga! I will never order from them again. This was my second chance with them and my last. And the pizza quality was not fantastic. Only sparsely spreaded ingredients. Other pizza joints will quickly compensate in some form after a mistake. But dominos did not. Very disappointed in them thinking I would give them a second chance but they fail again.

I ordered the pizza via grab since 6:17pm and the status was still shown as ‘Your oder’s in the kitchen” till 7:07pm and called Domino pizza specialist and he asked me to wait another 3 more mins to ready but the status is still the same till now at 7:40pm and I am not able to contact to him as nobody pick up my phone call. I am not able to cancel my order as grab asked me to call directly to Domino pizza shop and nobody pick it up. Super disappointed the service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Putting 1 star beause there isn't an option for 0 stars. Very poor service. Might as well just close shop. Waited more than 3 hours for the pizza. Expected delay due to National day holiday but 3 hours is way too much. Called their phone line for almost 100x but they didn't pick up. What kind of service is this? Do they think that us customer are a joke? If you can't handle the order, give us an option to cancel our order on the website. Scamming our money. What kind of stupidity is this?!

Just ordered two XL pizzas at 2pm for a 5 45 pm delivery. My order got cancelled 1 hour later and Domino's never alerts me. I have to find out via my credit card. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and I give up and order via Grab. Same order. It's supposed to arrive at 5.45 pm. It's 7 pm. Pizzas haven't arrived. Can't contact the branch. Honestly one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I've ever had. Terrible service, terrible communication.

As a matter of fact I didn't evetln get to eat the pizza. The branch will not stop people from ordering even exceed their capacity, schedule pick up at 5.45p.m. and I reached at 6p.m., staff still advise it will need another hour to finish. Please, delist this fast food, it is not fast at all. Hotline to cancel order not contactable, cannot cancel on spot.

Had the worst waiting experience yesterday, and didnt even get the food in the end. Store doesnt have any queue management or proper procedure for food pickup, resulting in a huge mess. Dominos turning to become a scam establishment. They will take your money but will not deliver your orders. During NDP ordered at 530pm. 1130pm later, order didnt receive but transaction deducted. Hotline useless af. Email out twice no responds. Alot of people got scammed by dominos based on the reviews and their fb page.

Service is very bad. Order taken after 5 minutes ( Only we are standing there in queue, no one else there.we are dining in) Pizza came after 45 minutes without sauce or chilli flakes (After requesting them multiple times. No estimated time provided by staff. ) After 45 minutes, we got wrong pizza. Totally disappointed.

Waited almost 2hours on a non peak period. Unacceptable. Go buy other pizzas Updates: Domino came back to me and did a refund to my card. They were overwhelmed with the orders. I understand it happens. But after reading other reviews, obviously this is not the first time. I hope they can have a better system or maybe to expand the business (eg.hire more ppl) *their pizza was actually tasty- thin crust I dunno if i will order from them again, but if I can get my pizza within 45mins I will definitely get them again.

Order on Christmas Eve for pick up and when we got there the service staff said they were overwhelmed with orders and that we have to wait for 1hr. Totally not happy so we insisted that they prepare my order asap. Was advise to cancel the order if cant wait :( There were at least 10 Customers in line that cant collect their orders too! I can understand festive period they have more orders then usual. We received a disc voucher via email this time 4 reg pizza for $20 so decided to give it a go again. Sunday evening arrived at restaurant and yet unable to collect at requested timeframe. I suspect its more like they are very disorganise with time management (cant even find where is my order). Totally no excuse its just a normal Sunday night. Service staff blame their head office with taking in too many orders when they are unable to deal with the volume. Head office take note as in are they really that busy or you are just not communicating well with your outlet? Promo deal is great and food is tasty. Keeping on time for collection timeframe need to improve by 100%

The pizza at this shop is generally tasty, with a good selection of toppings to choose from. The crust is usually crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which I really enjoy. One thing that could be improved is the wait time for the orders. Sometimes, even when I order in advance, I still have to wait longer than expected. It would be great if they could work on better time management to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Overall, this pizza shop is a decent option for a quick and delicious meal. The friendly staff adds to the pleasant experience, although some improvements in order efficiency would enhance customer satisfaction.

Ordered the 2 Xtra Large pizzas which were on promotion at about 5:40pm, however to my absolute shock, my meal was only delivered at about 8:15pm. I tried calling the outlet multiple times at various intervals and the line was engaged throughout. Was offered another free pizza due to the long waiting time from the first delivery and made a 2nd order. Only after nearly 2 hours upon the 2nd order, was informed that delivery was not possible and I had to walk-in to store to collect. To be fair, the food is great, but the service is absolutely horrible, 2 - 2.5 hours waiting time is seriously not acceptable.

Was collecting order on behalf of someone. Staff didn't bother to check if the order is correct or tell me if anything is out of stock. In the end missing the bottle of drink as well as the cheese crust on some of the pizza which was paid for. Do check your order carefully before leaving the store as service quality is subpar.

Absolutely terrible system. Scheduled delivery at 845pm, status on the website stated that its in the kitchen up until 10.45pm. We tried to call to check on our pizza but nobody answered. We had to make a drive down to the physical outlet, where the workers were cleaning up the kitchen 15 minutes before closing while my pizza was still not made. The guy who came out to speak to us was barely apologetic and merely told us the order was automatically cancelled after 1.5 hours as the kitchen was overwhelmed. We asked why no one called to inform us and why the website did not inform us, but he just answered saying they dont do that. If the ordered was cancelled, the website should have reflected it and immediately refunded us but we received nothing. What??? Dominos does not give a F about their customers.

Ordered two pizzas at 8.10pm No update ever since. 30 mins delivery is a scam by dominos. Called up many times the outlet but no response. Emailed you at your given contact no response with actions to follow to resolve. Why are you running an establishment like this when you can’t even take so many orders over weekends.

One of the worst delivery experience of my life. TLDR: food not delivered, card charged Ordered via Grab on a weekday at 5.50 pm, no updates until 8 pm. Contacted Grab who said they couldn’t do anything cos Domino’s have their own customer service team. Tried to call restaurant all the way till 10.30 with no answer. Thought it couldn’t get worst. Wrong. They then proceeded to update in the app that my pizza was “delivered” and charged my card. No sign of pizza at my door or any updates from restaurant. After going back and forth with Grab AND domino’s customer service via email (or should I say, automated bot replies), they now state they will refund my order. We’ll see if this will happen. All I wanted was pizza, but now I’m just left with a bad experience that will make me avoid dominos at all cost.

I am a pizza lover, Domino pizza is one of my top choice. My encounter with this outlet, on 29Mar24, ordered thru website at 1745hrs and pick up on 1915hrs. Arrived at 1915hrs to pick up my order, however, was told to wait another 1.5hr as they were overwhelm with order. There was a few customers awaiting to pick up order had the same reply, to wait another 1.5hr. We had to cancel our order as we were famished. Was told that the refund take 7 days.

i ordered pizza via foodpanda, dont ask me how come they assigned their own delivery drivers to deliver instead of foodpanda but that happened and beyond the delivery waiting time my food did not arrive and the outlet has been uncontactable. definitely not ordering anything from them anytime soon regardless of whatever avenues.
