Absolutely love this prima deli branch at Simei. The staff is very polite and she knows her cakes well. She also makes the most awesome waffles. The cake is very delicious, and light. Even the cream in between was very light and not too sweet. I ordered a cake at Eastpoint for pick up at Bedok. The staff at Eastpoint even double checked all the wordings for me. I was very happy with the bday cake and the kids were absolutely thrilled with it. I am happy that they have even more cake designs now vs a year ago.

Bought cake with delivery. Prompt. But had mini savoury pies which had meagre fillings not worthy if its price.

Atrocious customer service and even more appalling quality of food, most notably regarding the waffles that are being made there. For every single time I purchase the waffles from this outlet, I will actually pray very hard that my waffles are not burnt to a crisp but they’re ALWAYS over cooked with that obvious burnt look and taste. I have always told myself to give the staff a chance but this isn’t the first time (more like more than a dozen times) for my waffles to be made so badly. Other Prima Deli outlets have never failed me with the outlet at Changi City Point being the one that ALWAYS bake the best waffles and the most incredible customer service. Additionally, may I know why are there ALWAYS SO MANY cardboard boxes around the storefront? Honestly it doesn’t project a good image and I hope that Prima Delj would consider removing those boxes in place of ACTUAL food items. If those boxes do contain food, please do display them as opposed to just dumping all your supplies in a haphazard manner around the storefront. Customer service in this Eastpoint Outlet: Simply atrocious with the same staff who is downright rude. If you’re going to blatantly ignore some customers and only “acknowledge” other customers who come to your shop a lot later than the earlier ones, you might want to retake a customer service course.

Ordered a birthday cake for my child celebration in school 3 weeks in advance . Was contacted 4 days prior to collection day that the design I chose is no longer available, thus I agreed to change to another design. On collection day, arrived 2hrs earlier and asked if I may collect the cake earlier, but to my horror, the staff said my order was not forwarded to their HQ by their boss. They offered to send the cake to Eastpoint Mall at 5pm which is already end of school timing. Luckily they readily offered a refund, but I had to run around like headless chicken to source a suitable cake for my child within 1 hour . No longer will buy anything from this outlet particularly.

Terrible service. I bought a kaya pandan cake from Eastpoint outlet. The cake's expiry date is next day though I specifically told the staff to give me today's new stock since I will eat the cake over the next 3 days all by myself. I'm aware that Prima cakes has 3-day shelf life as there are no preservatives. When I asked to change the cake to a later expiry, the staff reluctantly gave me another cake that will expire in 2 days, and i accepted. However I'm appalled (by her rude and angry tone) when she told me it's ok to consume the cake several days past expiry date. Why should she assume I would eat cake which is not fresh!

Terrible service by service staff. Almost everytime i go over for waffle, I'm met with resistance from the service staff who only knows how to complain how 'busy' she is, and refuse to make the waffles for me because she's so 'busy', when there's no other customer in the store...

The service attitude of the auntie working there is horrendous. Atrocious? & possibly disgustingly bad. Please consider hiring staff with better service attitude who won’t shout at their customers who can’t hear her because she’s wearing a mask.

I visited Prima Deli an hour before closing time (on Google it states 10pm) and encountered extremely disappointing customer service from the Aunty (in orange in the picture), who's constantly been the worker at this branch. Despite attempting to inquire about a purchase (since she said she cannot serve me the Waffle), she was remarkably rude and chose to engage in conversation with a friend instead of assisting me. She even brushed me off rudely with her hand sign asking me to go away. So rude! She even sit casually at the table's ledge infront of a customer. Such behavior reflects poorly on the brand and left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. What service is this? THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I AM TREATED SO RUDELY, IT HAS BEEN A CONTINUOUS TREATMENT. Prima Deli should step up & do something about this instead of letting your customers be treated in such poor manner!

The auntie of this shop is super rude. Tried to order waffle from her twice and gave me attitude both times. Saying she has no time to do waffles because she has to arrange her cakes. And I was the only customer, she was still chatting with her friend. It’s like getting scolded for wanting to order food from her. Bad service bad attitude.
