We had this food catered for our company event, and I must say it was a great experience! Everything was well-prepared, tasty, and nicely presented. Our team really enjoyed the food, and we received a lot of positive feedback. I had personally arranged the catering, and I truly appreciate the smooth coordination and quality delivered. Highly recommended for events or group functions. Thank you for your great service! 🙏

There are many nasi biryani stalls at Ayer Rajah Food Center, my husband and I have tried all the stalls but our verdict and favourite is still Adam 'A' Rojak, stall 79. Both the mutton and chicken dum biryani are nicely cooked with deep flavors and every grain of the basmati rice is light and flavorful. Nisha, the stall owner is nice and friendly and she operates the stall with her father. They used to do indian Rojak which is also very delicious and cheaper than the more popular stalls, however, with 2 well known stalls within the same premise, it wasn't viable for them to continue. Do visit them if you're on the West.

Was in the area to dabao indian rojak from another stall when I saw a stream of people queuing for food at this stall. Popped over and saw that they are named as a rojak stall, but was selling biryani. I quickly took a look at google maps and saw a recommendation to try the biryani, thus I got myself a mutton dum biryani for takeaway. The biryani is one of the more memorable ones that I have eaten. The spices in the rice really came through and made it very enjoyable. The curry was also delicious and my piece of mutton had easily accessible marrow. I would want to dine in again to try it fresh, and I strongly recommend to give their biryani a try if you are in the area.

Order 20 bryani for a company function. The mutton bryani was delicious, the meat was very tender and the taste was wonderful. One of best bryani I have had. The food was well prepared on time for collection. Communication was easy and timely, overall really happy with my choice.
