Location just off Orchard Road, small seating area, this venue is best suited for pick up and delivery. Friendly staff and good Domino's quality pizza with fast service.

Very slow service.They even return customers citing delivery pressures. But Pizza was really good. Quality ingredients were used.Store hygiene can be further improved.

Ordered New York crust for click and collect and received thin crust instead. Have ordered delivery from this outlet before and it usually does not go wrong. Music at the outlet was too loud. Will only prefer delivery in the future. Click and collect took 15 mins as stated.

Joyful staffs eventhough very lean manpower. It was perfect timing, my sadness ultimately lifted up with the warm pizzas made with TLC from your staffs was marvelous! Keep it Up, i'm coming back for sure!

This Dominos has a Muslim owner, and all served meat is halal. Had a delicious and mouthwatering experience there. Highly recommended 👍👍

Small outlet, conveniently located. Staff is polite and kind. Items sold are pretty standard to Domino's so if you like it you know what you'll get. Their NY style pepperoni is one of my favorites. The air conditioning is VERY cold though, and the sitting area would need a bit of maintenance. Other than that, great place!

They are running scam, they are taking money and not delivering order. Don't use Dominos at all in Singapore, worst service. Update: Called your hotline, 35 Minutes, 25 Minutes and than got refund. I have initiated complaint on consumer commission, I hope it will be better clarified why you are taking money and wasting customer time.

downloaded the new app for the free reg pizza promotion, but ended up spending $20 on absolutely nothing. they haven't sent back the money in two weeks, and their customer service lines are always somehow busy .. i just wanted a free pizza T_T

Worst pizza restaurant ever. Ordered via Grab and the pizza never arrived. But they still confirmed my pizza was delivered. But the truth is there was no pizza at my house. I couldn't contact domino's pizza (they didn't pick up the phone) and grab has denied responsibility. My children were so disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

Worst service in Singapore. Ordered via Grab and pizza never arrived. Called their hotline and was put on music for 30 mins and eventually hung up. Contacted Grab and was requested to write to Domino for a refund. Domino checked and admitted error but still no refund at this hour (happened on 22 May). Will never order again.

Ordered online for quick delivery for child before bedtime. It’s been over an hour- online status says order in store. Have been calling for 30 mins- nobody picks up the phone. They should shut down the store if they can’t service orders or pick up a phone for 30 mins

I went there for a couple of times, the staff is really really rude. They speak a different language and they are looking at us and judging us in their own language. When we want something they are like not wanting to deal with it. The store inside is incredibly freezing it’s like -20 degrees inside and it’s not possible for someone to dine-in.

One of terrible service among domino's restaurants. I used to come here 4-5 years ago and staffs (ladies) were very polite and friendly, but now Staffs are very rude and they act like you're in their premises and you feel that you're definitely not welcomed. Eating area is extremely freezing (seems like management not taking into action even though many complains about air conditioning). Definitely not recommended place.

Cold pizza that I had to collect on my own after an hour even though I had to opt for delivery. Store is short staffed. Staff was courteous enough to acknowledge the issue. Please close the store if you can't deliver or handle busy times.

Well, i should say i am a patron of dominos pizza. i experienced delay's delivery sometimes not delivered the worst is when you call their outlet phone number as what advised when calling their hotline via voice prompt no one is picking up the several calls. i suggest to please cut your line off and dont ever put it on your website as it is very disappointing to keep on calling to follow up your order and no one is going to dare to pick up the call. i hope you can read and improve your service. if there is ---000 to rate i would definitely give 10 times negative review. Thank you

Definitely to avoid. Ordered two regular pizza at 10pm by grabfood - Never received the order. Domino’s uses it’s own driver so Grab can’t handle the complain nor the refund. I went directly to the pizzeria to resolve the problem. They didn’t apologize or try to resolve the problem. They appear completely unbothered by the issue. They didn’t even orally answer me, only show me an email Adress to contact. That’s it. A scam

Ordered many times from here during work trips to Singapore, and its been good. So was disappointed to be told this time they would only accept cash for order in store. Very dismissive. Had to go somewhere else.

Ordered delivery but it never arrived. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong condo. When I went down to the shop it seemed like there were others with the same problem. Great that the team offered to make another pizza on the spot but still what’s up with the delivery team?

My boyfriend and I ordered through Grab from this outlet, incredibly starving, only for them to not deliver our food after more than an hour and 15 minutes. The food is still apparently in the kitchen as I am typing this right now. Tried cancelling the order via the grab app but they informed us that they were unable to do so due to system inability, asked us to contact the outlet directly. We have tried contacting the outlet SEVERAL times yet no one even bothered to answer. We are planning to make a trip down to the outlet itself, which is really an inconvenience to us. Utterly disappointed, don’t order from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Waited for an hour and a half since it says it would arrive at 8:10pm and food never arrived. no one picks up the phone from the outlet, worst dominos outlet ever. just saw these comments on google and wish i read them before ordering, obviously the workers don't care and dominos corporate doesn’t either to improve this.

The pizza was okay and the cashier/pizza maker (same person) wasn't polite or pleasant. They also didn't tell us that we can build that pizza cheaper instead of build your own. The pizza was okay as well. Not bad but not great.

Trying to cancel and not able to do so. Horrible service and if you ever want your food within 3 hours don’t go with Dominos in Singapore, it’s a failing franchise
