Just simply good and hot food when you dine in there. But waiting time a bit too long more than 20 mins probably too many grab food order. 2 personal pizza + 1 drink + onion ring = less than $15 which is value for money.

Located near siglap road and east coast road. Opposite siglap center diagonally. Take away a few times already either via self collection or delivery because it's near our home for now. This evening decided to drop by for a dine in and wow there is promotion 4.90 for a personal pizza (4 slice maybe 2 pax) and 6.90 for regular 6 slices I think. Go check out my photos I think its while stocklast or promotional only. Anyway added a $1 add on spirit (choices of that or coke) and garlic onion ring. Total 2 pax dine in less than $15.. where to find for good pizzas.

It's okay, but you better order take away or delivery. There are few tables inside but it's not convenient to dine in.

They seems to be seriously short staffed.. waited 40 mins for my dine-in pizza .. bill was printed wrong, we were charged a al carte price for a add-on (so chk yours once) Apart from that, pizza was wonderful and interior was awesome .. so rating 3 over-all..

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a small piece of pizza via Foodpanda and it took more than an hour to reach to my house when it’s just nearby. I received the text of getting a free pizza from them the next day, but when I tried to order it, it stated that I have to pay at least $15 in order to place an order.

How come a restaurant automatically confirms the orders and then closes the store in foodpanda right after submitting our order?? Worse thing is you cannot even approach Dominos call center or foodpanda helpdesk to check on the status!! Better you be mindful on how you properly serve!

ordered through website on 9 aug 2023, food confirmed but not delivered. can’t contact hotline or even respond to email, such decency. paid and no refund as well

Never receive order and have yet to receive my refund. Tried to call the management but user is always busy. Emailed them regarding the issue and have yet to hear anyth from them. So disappointing.

On a 12 inch large pizza, the end crust is nearly 2 inches wide on one side so that means 3-4 inches of the outermost ring is just crust with no topping. Will not order again.

Dear Dominos, I wish to lodge an official complaint that I never received my ordered Pizza. I placed my order at 1947 on 31 Dec 2023. The app progressively showed that my Pizza was being prepared, baked, held at the store and finally being delivered. Finally at about 2200 that the Dominos Pizza was "delivered". However, my Pizza was never delivered. We called the Siglap hotline several times and got through after about 30mins of calling. We were asked coldly if we wished to cancel and i said i'm not cancelling and i wanted my Pizza. The lady service staff said they could not guarantee delivery and said that there were about 20 over orders held in front of me and it would take another hour for the pizza to be delivered to me. I said I would wait. It is now 0030, nearly 5 hours since i ordered. If there were too many orders, should not the app or website refuse to take orders? I would like a full refund of S$47.40 my order please.

No one picks up the phone and the online order just gets canceled on its own. Poor support from Dominos.

Please inform us of the waiting time. It took 2 hours and not delivered. I still had to drive down to check out what happened to our order. Also can't reach through calling. Too many orders and management is not fixing the problem. They are getting calls from clients asking why it's taking 2 hours

Made an Order using foodpanda, tried to waited for more than an hour, food has yet to arrive and no one to pick up the phone, upsetting customer service. please dont bother doing delivery if you cannot even do basic customer service

Where is the food? Forget about the 30 min guarantee, now there is no predictability when the food will arrive. The order stays in the same status for 1 hour, nobody picks up any calls, impossible to reach anyone to check on the order status.
