Queued up today at around 1830hrs today to buy my son a birthday cake. I was 2nd in queue and person in front of me has finished her transaction. While moving to the counter to proceed with my purchase, a man behind me called out for the crew to get him a few rolls and pastries. Crew who was seen as a middle aged lady proceeded to pack his orders for him even while noticing that l came in first at the counter. She even asked me to move away from the counter so that the man could do his payment. Polar??? Is this how the quality of your customer service is???

Im a regular customer for ordering birthday cakes for my family members. The first cake experience when ordering was great. The cake was up to standard, very good tasty and creamy. Unfortunately cannot say good for the rest. Quite disappointing actually for last year. The cream was nice but the inside was dry. I felt it was kept quite a while in the chiller. Not worth the money to buy birthday cake

Bought the otah puff and mushroom chicken puff the other day and the otah was lacking flavour while the mushroom chicken tasted really weird, I did not want to continue after the second bite. Each puff was $1.80 and so not worth the price. Please improve the recipe/ingredients used.

Very weird auntie this morning. Went there at 1115 am to buy a dozen chicken curry puff. After taking my order, the auntie ignored me and went to store all her pandan cakes in the refrigerator. She went to clear 8 boxes of pandan cakes leaving my dad and me speechlessly seeing her do the clearing n not putting our order in the boxes… super super weird.. we gave up and left the counter .. worse she was still packing her store n ignoring us when we left… Bad bad bad service

one of our favourite cake brands! we like to order their chiffon cakes and curry puffs, as well as their annual mooncakes! they always have a large variety of food available throughout the day. the staff never fail to be nice and friendly, and they are very accommodating. we would recommend grabbing a quick bite or breakfast from here.

Lovely and pleasant staff. Puffs are great too! love that the pastry taste like how it was all these years. look out for seasonal promotions. Apple Strudel is my favourite by far 👍🏼👍🏼

I came in to buy sugar rolls and was serve by this lady, short, wear spec, wear white and it seems shes the only only working when i came in to buy my cakes. She pack the sugar roll into a small paper bag and the way she handle it and presentation was really bad. And her service was really bad. I really hope the management will do something and improved it. This is not the first time i had encountered it.

I went to Tiong Bahru outlet to order Hello Kitty Birthday cake. Your staff was busy doing cleaning, she asked me to wait for her and I even told her no worries I can wait. When she ready I asked to show me the photo of the cake designs. I have chosen the design and I told her that I want the 1kg cake. She tone of voice and attitude was very rude. Before payment she shows the order invoice and I noticed she wrote my order as 2Kg. I gentle highlighted to her she wrote wrongly as 2Kg. She was not happy and rise her voice and she amended it to 1Kg and threw her pen very hard on the table. The queue behind me had witnessed that her attitude it was terrible. Initially, I wanted to walk away and not even going to pay for it. I controlled my anger and decided to feedback on my bad experience with her. Staff need to go for proper training as a service provider over the counter. The worst service provider I've encountered.

The customer service support staff I contacted on IG doesn’t seem to care about checking on the quality of their goods and not giving people food poisoning. Very disappointing. Bought chicken pies, sausage puffs and curry puffs on Friday night, kept it in the fridge and heated it up on Saturday morning for breakfast. Both chicken pies I got tasted sour and smelled weird. The rest of the items were ok. Has never happened to me in the years I’ve purchased from Polar. I wrote in to let them know and asked them to check on the quality, but they told me that it should be consumed the day of purchase instead. Zero attempt at doing a quick check to ensure that they’re not selling spolit food.

RUDE short aunty. Super unhappy to serve customers. Told her what i wanted, she just kept frowning and sighing as though i owe her my life. Once order was done, it was time to make payment. Paywave couldnt go through and she started raising her voice. Disgusting attitude.
