My family bought a cake and chocolate eclair but when came home. Took the cake out and find that the chocolate eclair is missing. Call them and they insist they put inside. Lousy and disappointing service.

Always very impressed with Polar Cakes. Their cakes are light, fluffy and creamy without being overly sweet and heavy. The price is fair. Today, bought two Christmas log cakes from Jem branch. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Thank you so much 👍!
