Polar Puffs & Cakes is easily a Tier 1 staple for our family! The flaky pastry crust on their savory bakes hits the spot every single time—the curry puffs, chicken pies, and sausage rolls never fail to disappear within minutes of opening the box. Beyond the quality of the food, the counter staff are consistently welcoming, polite, and prompt, making every grab-and-go order seamless. Highly recommended whenever you need a quick, delicious treat or a box of comfort food to share at home.

The dry chilli new puff taste awful with only sour taste & little mash fillings. Did u source from other supplier or home made? Owner please try yrself and be honest will you buy this puff?? Really shocked that your pastries quality is declining and getting more expensive.

🟢 Polar Puffs & Cakes Level 3, Nex mall 23 Serangoon Central, Singapore 556083 🟠 Location = 🟠 Polar Puffs & Cakes, a popular bakery kiosk, is situated directly opposite the NTUC Supermarket at Level 3 of Nex mall. 🟠 To get here, alight at Serangoon MRT Station, take Exit G or H and you'll get to Nex mall (➖️ which is directly connected to the train station at B2 level) 🟢 Decor / Ambience *********************** 🟢 The Polar Puffs & Cakes kiosk features a brightly lit, open-concept bakery counter with extensive glass display cases showcasing a variety of baked pastries and cakes. The counter base has dark green paneling. 🟢 Polar Puffs & Cakes has a very long history harking back to 1926. ● When I was a child, my late Peranakan Baba father took me to their first outlet cafe, which was at High Street. That was in the early 1970s. 🟨 Food / Takeaway kiosk ___________________________ 🟨 Bought three ( 3) of their famous Chicken Curry Puffs at SGD7.50. ➡️ The crispy and buttery filo skin pastry contrasted nicely with the hearty and generous fillings of curry-infused chicken and potato cubes. 🟨️ These are my favourite curry puffs from eons ago. 🔵 Service = 🔵 The two women staff members there were friendly and pleasant. - dated 11th Feb 2026 / Wed.

Staff is insanely horrible. Ordered from food panda. Upon pickup, staff keep insisting that the rider order number is pickup order WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE! Even though i showed her the receipt order number from foodpanda “order details” and email receipt as order number is same on their receipt paper! Funny thing is I didn’t press delivered on app. But my foodpanda shows delivered before i pick up. My husband asked if I press infront of staff. She kept quiet.

I bought pastries and cakes from Polar at Oasis Terrace, Punggol with no unhappy experiences but whenever come to Nex Mall, if you are served by this young guy named Hwa Ching, he is always putting on a black face and very unfriendly tone when attending to customers. If rating has ZERO, definitely will go for a ZERO rating . This male staff really need to attend customer service class.
