Nice pastries and great that they have flat white however they got to do something about their A/C. It feels like a SAUNA especially with all that lightings makes it worse! I have to move to Kopitiam across for better A/C. Management please take note. Thank u.

Hi, I ordered 3 sugar rolls and 1 chicken pie. However, I went home with 2 sugar rolls and 1 chicken pie. So i would like to advise other customers to check their order before leaving the shop.

Visited today around 8.25am I was told that they do not carry Jasmine Green Tea and Sencha which is inside the Menu. This is a hospital. Shouldn't this 2 hot drinks be available? This is not some unhealthy drink. It is not sold out it is not available as they don't sell it.... Don't think I will patronise it again. Really lousy....

I was at TTSH polar puffs & cakes outlet this morning around 745am to 8a.m. I was served very badly by this Chinese lady. This is not the first time I have visited this outlet. This is not the first time this lady has treated me badly. (Previously, I did ask to cut my butter cake, and she insisted said that she couldn't do it.) I asked for 2 sugared rolls n a few more other rolls. She forced squeezed my rolls in a box... Apart from that, I also ordered some puffs n sandwiches. Her tone is so rude the moment I walked in the outlet She packed all my food items in a small bag. I requested another bag, and she ignored me completely. Eventually, though, I repeated again that I needed another bag. She just walked away from me at the cashier. At the cashier, I was served by Zahirah if I'm not mistaken. She has good customer service and she politely talked n packed my food. She gave me another plastic bag as she saw my plastic bag was stuffed with the items I had purchased. To the management, thank you for having a good customer service staff such as Zahirah. As for the aunty that worked this morning, do advise her that I come to purchase items...I did not even give her any problems, so she don't have to show attitude to customers
