At Vivo store - I asked to purchase a piece of potato curry puff, but the female staff informed me that she was in the process of putting up the curry puffs and therefore could not serve me. I was puzzled and shocked by her response. I understand that the staff may have been busy arranging or displaying the curry puffs\. However, I do not understand why this meant that I could not purchase the item, especially when the store was already open and it was after 9\.00 a.m As a customer, I would expect to be served during the operating hours\. I hope Polar Puffs & Cakes can look into this matter and provide better customer service training to ensure that customers are not turned away unnecessarily.

Cant rly say anytg bad abt the puffs and pastries. Always my go to when I’m craving for smtg to munch on. But the service is atrocious. Maybe once is fine bcs the person is probably having a bad day, but constant bad service is concerning. And when I see the reviews, it seems like it has been going on for very long and nothing seems to be done. Terrible.

Ordered a birthday cake at the Vivo branch and it took almost 30min for the staff to just process the order and key all details directly on her iPad. The whole experience is already so slow and customer service feels so unwelcoming. Next morning, texted me to provide ALL the details again cos system error. Little apology on all the inconveniences caused, simply say I can’t proceed if I don’t provide the details. Very transactional. Ask for refund and reply is, must come down to outlet. Really no sense of customer service and thinking from customer pov. Have emailed to the company but not received any reply. Don’t think I will order any more cake from Polar again.

I had a very disappointing experience at the cashier. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and showed a lack of basic customer service. The attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. As a customer, I expect at least a minimum level of respect and courtesy. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training. Visited 7/4/2026 12:50PM

I came here at around 12 30pm on 1st April 2026. Just wanted to drop by and get a usual chicken pie, but I was greeted by a really rude staff member at the cashier. The lady has short hair, has a constant frown on her face that looked displeasing, one earbuds plucked in even when I was at the counter, and didn't bother to make polite eye contact. I asked for the chicken pie, and still on her earpiece, she packed it up and threw it on the counter table, which I felt was really rude. When I was about to make payment, she swung the card reader towards me roughly. The whole time, she didn't bother to make any sort of eye contact or make her sulken expression at least a bit friendlier. Total disappointment. I came to buy food, not to feel like I owe some random person money.
