Average service staff not keen not motivated. Puff appears to be hollow and light. I made a point to buy local otherwise I’m already buying more cakes and pastries 🥐 in JB.

The Royal chocolate cake was extremelyunpleasant. The cake was falling apart in layers. The sponge cake used smelled and tasted old. Overall it was a bad experience

Bought three chicken pies and they were absolutely disgusting; they smelled foul and were slimy inside. An elderly family member had already eaten one before we realised something was wrong. This is extremely concerning and very disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing these and will let everyone in our circle to never purchase from here.

Came at about 9:15pm to buy my wife’s usual favourite all-time favourite strawberry roll. Realise they are closing the shop soon hence I asked nicely if they can still accept order. One of their staff rudely answered “what you want la, faster.” I was taken aback. I’m all about supporting and appreciating our F&B service staff, but please don’t be rude. A little kindness and respect goes a long way for everyone. I dont want to shame any worker here but I hope she can do better in the future.

Every time i want to purchase any items from Polar, Jeerix happens to be there. She's direct and efficient. No hassle at all. Not sure why have bad reviews of her.
